‘What is it good for? Absolutely EVERYTHING!’. We just got the best news ever and we can’t stop ourselves from smiling like crazy people! Believe it or not, but a lil’ birdie told us that Detectives Carter and Lee (Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker) are going to make a grand comeback with ‘Rush Hour 4’ and it’s going to be epic!

The first film was released back in 1998, when you were still too young to remember it! But I am sure you’ve seen all three parts by now and it’s already amongst your favourite franchises. The film had massive success thanks to the memorable dialogues and all that kung-fu! Case in point: “Do you understand the words coming out of my mouth”. I bet you said that a lot when the movie was first released!

Jackie Chang when spoken to earlier, had already confirmed that he’s involved in the fourth part of the film. Chris Tucker, however, was still uncertain at the time.

But recently, at an appearance on ESPN’s podcast, The Plug, Chris Tucker confirmed his involvement in the film as well!

During the show, Tucker was asked if he and Chan would ever be seen together for the fourth part and he replied saying ”It’s happening. This is gonna be the rush of all rushes. Jackie is ready and we want to do this so that people don’t ever forget”.

Well, we can barely wait for the fourth one to release! Any guesses on the plot or which country the two detectives are gonna take on this time?

ranbir Ranbir Kapoor is currently shooting for his Ayan Mukherjee’s Brahmastra where he will be seen sharing screen space with Alia Bhatt for the first time. The film also stars megastar Amitabh Bachchan and TV actress Mouni Roy. Ranbir has been in the prepping mood for quite some time with the first schedule being shot in Bulgaria.

But, the Kapoor lad was recently roaming on the streets of Mumbai and he managed to escape without getting mobbed. Wondering how did this happen? Well, due to his smart move

Actor Hussain Dalaal shared a number of pictures of the team from the spot. One amongst them was of Ranbir with his face half covered. Rajeev Nigam, who can be seen in the show Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baithaa Hai, says that Johny Lever, known for his perfect comic timing, inspired him to be a comedian as he “is very honest in his performances”. The show is a political satire which showcases a corrupt politician, Chaitu Lal in his madcap world. The story revolves around a few politicians in the nation who make promises and never deliver and are unapologetic about going to any extent to gain power.

Rajeev, who has featured in episodes of the comedy show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, said in a statement: “When we think of comedy, we think of Johny Lever. He has been in the industry for 40 years now and has not only made audiences laugh, but made them roll on the floor with incessant laughter through his performances in films and on television.”

“Johny Lever inspires me to be a comedian because he is the best at what he does and is very honest in his performances,” he added.

HT Exclusive: Interview Of Bollywood Actors Sonam Kapoor And Anil Kapoor Director Shelly Chopra who is making her directorial debut with ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is feeling ecstatic about her film and finds the father-daughter duo, Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor endearing.

Real-life father-daughter Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in the film.

Shelly shares, “On their first day together, I gave the clap and called it a historical shot as it was the first time we had two big stars who are also father and daughter. Anil is a typical dad who asks us to take Sonam’s shots first; I find it endearing. We have been shooting at night and it gets nippy at times, so Sonam is constantly checking up on her father.”

The film’s shoot commenced last month, where Anil Kapoor and Madhu Malti started to shoot in Patiala while Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Juhi Chawla joined the sets later.

The film will also revive Anil Kapoor’s cult song ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ and interestingly, even the films title is based on the song.

The film ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ will mark the directorial debut of filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s sister Shelly Chopra Dhar.

Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra under the banner Vinod Chopra films, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is directed by debutante director Shelly Chopra Dhar and is slated to release on 12th October 2018.

disha-patani-tiger-shroff Baaghi 2 is the sequel to Baaghi 2016, that starred Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor opposite each other. Well, the trailer was recently was talk of the town and Tiger – Disha’s first time pairing helped to create more buzz for the film. Tiger and Disha Patani have been rumoured to be dating each other for a few years now and so their fans were even more excited to see them sharing the screen space in a film.

While the fans must be gushing over seeing them on screen but, here’s what Tiger said when asked about working with Disha in the film.

“The crux of the story in Baaghi 2 is basically a love story and the action sequences are just a decoration in this movie but, I must say Baaghi 2 wouldn’t have been possible without Disha”, said Tiger at the trailer launch.

Isn’t that cute?

However, Tiger and Disha have a wonderful off-screen chemistry and seeing the trailer we are now thrilled to watch them sizzle on screen together for the first time in the film.

Halle Berry and Daniel Craig are two names that need no introduction. Not today, not tomorrow…never. What they deserve, or should we say command, is our respect for their impeccable acting skills and a great line-up of movies. And this recently dropped trailer of ‘Kings’ is proof that I am not exaggerating. However, it looks like people have different thoughts about it.

Director Deniz Gamze Ergüven has brought under one roof, two of the most powerful actors the world has ever seen and we are glad she did. For those wondering who Deniz is, she is a Turkish director known for her Oscar-nominated debut movie ‘Mustang’.

While her debut movie was nominated for the Oscars, ‘Kings’ despite having a powerful cast and a good storyline, seems to have either struck a wrong chord with the audience or it didn’t strike anything at all. Otherwise, how else does one justify ‘Kings’ getting 4.7% rating on IMDb and 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes? It’s really strange but true.

This seems to be a new low for any Halle Berry or Daniel Craig movie we have ever seen. Was the storyline not good enough for people? Don’t know. Was the acting flawed? Maybe. Will the fan base build up in a couple of days? Not sure.

But, you have to see the trailer yourself to decide whether this movie is worth your time or not. Because I like this trailer!

The movie touches base with the gruesome 1992 Los Angeles riots. Halle Berry plays the matriarch of the family. She already has eight children living in her house and plans to bring in more and give them a decent life and best home possible. Craig is her next door neighbor who is initially cranky and the only white man in the locality which is primarily said to be inhabited by African Americans.

With racial tension on the rise, Berry and Craig come together to bring home her kids safely. The riots happen after some police officers were found not guilty, despite a video footage that showed them beating up an unarmed Africa American man.

‘Kings’ has already premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival and is expected to hit the theatres on April 27.

Recently on a buddy outing for his friend’s Juan ‘OG’ Perez’s birthday, Jay Z decided to pick the tab for the small round of drinks that they all bought. Just that the bill was around Rs 65 lakhs. He even has his own set of bars and is reportedly even opening a fast food chain of his own. You know what the funny part is? The brand of the champagne is actually his own brand so the fact that he paid this huge amount for stimulating his own sales is pure genius or what, I don’t know, but it sure is a great PR activity.

Taking the Roshan family’s love for fitness to a new level, Hrithik’s niece Suranika Soni has launched a food delivery service, offering healthy meals on order. Rakesh Roshan’s granddaughter has been creating home-cooked meals under the banner Suranika’s Healthy Kitchen, which hopes to offer those watching their weight “all the flavours, without the guilt”.

She is daughter to Sunaina Roshan, who recently came under the spotlight for shedding oodles of weight. Her line has burgers, grilled foods and even desserts. Sunarika, 21, a student of Whistling Woods International, tells mid-day, “I cook the meals after returning from college, I come from classes. As of today, I cook meals from a set menu, which I keep adding to. Most people feel healthy food is boring and bland. I want to break that notion. Dieting need not be boring, restricting and tasteless. You can enjoy healthy food too.”

Sunarika has tied up with select food delivery services to deliver her meals. Hrithik, evidently proud of his niece’s endeavours, says, “Fitness enthusiasts are constantly searching for healthy, but tasty options. I had no idea that Suranika was working so hard. I am proud of her.”

Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim found love while shooting for their show Sasural Simar Ka, where they played husband and wife. The two are now getting hitched for a lifetime. While we have already spoken about their wedding festivities and how it is giving us a déjà vu from Shah Rukh Khan’s popular films, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Veer Zara, here are some fresh pictures of the duo from their mehendi and sangeet ceremony. Both, Dipika and Shoaib were seen making merry and dancing their hearts out.

After the traditional wedding ceremony in Uttar Pradesh, they will host a grand reception in Mumbai for their industry friends. Dipika and Shoaib, popularly known as ‘Shoaika’ have appeared in a dance reality show together. This is Dipika’s second marriage. Earlier, she was married to her long-term boyfriend Raunaq Samson which went kaput.

It was on Saturday that the television couple left for Bhopal via train with their respective families and friends.
