The whole buzz stirred an online discussion where many Indian fans particularly wanted Priyanka to play Jasmine and Dev Patel to play Aladdin.

However, the new star cast has been finalised and the line up sure looks interesting. Mena Massoud Naomi Scott are going to be play the lead pair and the genie in the tale is going to be essayed by none other than the talent house, Will Smith, who will obviously be compared to Robin Williams who was the Genie in the 1992 movie.

Disney is however, still looking for someone to fill the role of Jafar. Fans are taking the news in a positive light and that is kind of important.

Mena Massoud’s first IMDB credit is literally as “Al Qaeda #2” so seeing him as the new Aladdin feels like some kind of progress at least.

The live action remake does not have a release date yet but is scheduled to roll shooting in October.

Manish MalhotraManish Malhotra

Veteran fashion designer Manish Malhotra tripped as he made his way to collect an award at the IIFA Rocks stage here but he was all smiles.

The debonair designer went up the stage to receive the Best Background Score on behalf of Pritam for “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”. But just as he was about to get on to the last stair to the stage, he tripped.

Later, Manish took the stage to receive his own Best Costume Designing award for the same film, and he ensured he was careful.

“When I came to collect an award for Pritam, I fell badly. I think I am lucky when it comes to collecting an award for myself,” Manish quipped.

He was also excited to receive the trophy from one of his “favourite actress” Alia Bhatt.

IIFA Rocks, part of the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) extravaganza here, was held at the MetLife Stadium on Friday night.

If you know and understand that writing press releases are great for your business and just need someone in Los Angeles, California to write a press release it for you, then go straight to the contact form, fill it out or call and let’s get the ball rolling. If you are simply exploring the benefits of press releases, then read on.

Savvy professional marketers have always known the impact of press releases and have been using them to the advantage of their employers and clients. We have been using them in our business for over 20 years now. Before the internet was available as a commercial medium, we would focus on the general news media as well as trade publications. Once we figured it out, we started using it so effectively that we were getting more press coverage than competitors who were 20 times larger than us. That meant we were getting promotional exposure worth tens of thousands of dollars – for FREE. Press Releases have been good for our business and they can be good for your business too.

Don’t you wish you could get the coverage that big business gets? Whether you live in Los Angeles, California or elsewhere in the world, you can benefit from sending out press releases.

When the internet got commercialized, we adapted our press releases accordingly. We used to have one press release format, now we have two press release formats. We were getting traffic from the print media then. Now we target both print, online media, search engines and yes we target the user directly – all through press releases. That does not mean we only use press releases – no – that means press releases are an integral part of our marketing campaigns.

After the economic meltdown of 2008, a lot of people became unemployed. Many could not find jobs so they became self employed and naturally took to the internet as a means of soliciting business. The majority of these hardworking self employed people are not professional marketers and end up gravitating towards whatever the latest buzz is. They spend a lot of money buying expensive courses and that is all fine and dandy but they end up missing on some great fundamental tools that have worked in the past and continue to work today in the world of the internet and new media.

Just setting up a website does you no good. You have to drive traffic to it. Traffic does not just show up by itself. You have to drive it to your website. How do you do it? There are a whole range of things you can do but one of the best methods is to send out a press release.

Los Angeles, California

Many people think sending out press releases must be a complex job costing them $1,000s of dollars. That cannot be farther from the truth. It does not cost anything.

A conventional press release reaches the end user / reader via the editor who acts as a gatekeeper and filters which press releases are worthy of publishing and which are not. If you use the right press release format, write the way they want it, you have a very good chance of getting published as a news story. A press release getting published as a news story has far more weight than an advertisement. That is why some Ads try to mimic a news story and mention in small print ‘paid advertisement’. It’s worth it and they know it.

A reasonably internet savvy person creates his own news streams by subscribing to various feeds and getting them on his news reader. He can also set alerts that notify him when news are available in his area of interest. He decides what to read and when to read and does not want any editor to decide that for him. Your job is to present him information via feeds and reach him directly.

Search Engines have opened up a whole new world. What is the search engine trying to do? It is trying to please the user so he will keep coming back to it whenever he has something on his mind. The more often the user visits, the more Ads the search engine can serve him and the more money it makes.

Don’t you feel like you are being used no matter what the technology. Yep. That’s how it is. However; this time you are on the other side. You are inviting the search engine to use you so you can use it to reach the end user. Ironic? Maybe. The search engine is trying to crawl fresh content so it can please it’s user. You feed it fresh content via Press Release sites. Why not feed it directly? You do – by letting the search engine index our pages – but the search engine views a Press Release Distribution site as a more likely source for fresh content and crawls it several times a day. Besides, Google gives a Press Release Distribution site more weight age or a higher page rank. That means a page originating from a PR site will carry greater weight. Quite often you will see your press release via a PR site show up high on searches with your own page nowhere in site.

A link or URL originating from a PR site carries greater weight. If your press release got published in 20 PR sites, those are 20 high ranking links pointing to your website. That is invaluable as the more links from high ranking sites pointing to your site raises the page rank of your site. When your site’s page rank goes up, you start showing up higher on relevant searches.

Let’s recap. Whether you live in the Los Angeles, California area or anywhere else in the world, the benefits of Press Releases are universal. By sending out press releases, you get traffic from:

  • Press Releases that show up in Google Alerts and RSS feeds directly on the readers desktop.
  • Press Releases that get printed as news stories in conventional newspapers, journals and trade publications.
  • Press Releases that show up in searches.
  • Your own site showing up higher in searches.

Convinced?

Fill out the contact form , or call and let’s get the ball rolling.

Seriously, like how? Who would say that this exotic beauty is a mother of two because she seems to be aging in reverse!

Just recently Malaika shared a picture of her which made us go gaga over her all over again. The actress posted a throwback picture where she can be seen enjoying in the pool and looks stunning at the same time.

Malaika can be seen wearing a pink bikini inside a black netted top, giving us glimse of her slithe figure. Now isn’t she just too hot to handle?

What do you think happens when you listen to peppy lyrics like, “Jatt Jaguar utte beh ke….Aaya sohni sohni kudiyan nu leke.” It’s bound to get stuck in your head and you just can’t get over it. That’s exactly what Mubarakan’s new song ‘Jatt Jaguar’ is all about.

The makers released the latest dance number from the film and as one can expect from Anees Bazmee’s film, this song just like his previous film will get you in a dancing mood. The beats of the song are peppy, giving you major desi feels that you just can’t help but groove to this number.

The song features Arjun Kapoor displaying his utter Punjabiness on screen. Sung by Vishal Dadlani, Apeksha Dandekar and Navraj Hans, the song is quirky. Amaal Malik’s music and Kumaar’s lyrics add the perfect Punjabi swag to the song. We wouldn’t be surprised if this becomes the wedding song of the year.

Watching the song on-screen is fun too, Arjun Kapoor can be seen in both his avatar Karan and Charan and it’s difficult to pick whom we like more. And don’t miss to watch Illeana in the song as well. The film also stars Anil Kapoor and Athiya Shetty and is set to release on28th July.

Till then, check out the song right here and let know us if you loved it too!

Shah Rukh Khan being greeted in traditional Rajasthani manner in JaipurShah Rukh Khan being greeted in traditional Rajasthani manner in Jaipur

‘Guide’ Shah Rukh Khan is traversing across the country to promote his upcoming film ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’. And wherever he goes, his fans plan elaborate fares for the Bollywood superstar.

SRK was recently in Rajasthan as part of his promotional tour and the locals made sure it was a memorable trip for him.

In Jaipur, Shah Rukh had a mouth-watering traditional Rajasthani thali to gorge on. The King Khan, who was presented a pagdi, enjoyed dal baati churma and many more delicacies.

He even had singers performing some of his iconic songs with a Rajasthani twist to it.

Later, SRK also got a Rajputana sword as a gift.

— Shah Rukh Khan (@iamsrk) July 15, 2017

Talking about his experience, SRK said, “I had just heard of dal baati. It’s fantastic and really nice.”

On Friday, the 51-year-old star received an honorary membership of the Jodhpur Tourist guide Association in Jodhpur and the Superstar immediately took to his job and toured the Mehrangarh Fort in Rajasthan.

The actor was bestowed with an Honorary Membership by the Guide Association for his portrayal of a Guide in his upcoming film ‘Jab Harry met Sejal’. The Association was grateful as the superstar accepted the membership and visited them.

Shah Rukh, who was on a promotional tour for ‘Jab Harry met Sejal’ and was heading to Jaipur, made alterations to his plans to visit the Association in Jodhpur. The actor took his Membership quite seriously as he was immediately seen taking a tour of the Mehrangarh Fort in Rajasthan.

The actor took to his social media account to share moments from his tour, he said, “Taking my job as a guide seriously¿started with a tour of Mehrangarh Fort one of the largest in India. Khamma Ghani”.

'Guide' Shah Rukh Khan's Rajputana avatar

The Superstar took no time to get into the skin of a Rajasthani Guide as he went on to visit one of the largest forts in Rajasthan donning a pagdi and greeting his tourists saying, ‘Khamma Ghani.’ The actor perfectly dissolved in Rajasthani flavour and proved to be a perfect host.

The actor posted about the same on his Twitter handle saying, “Ma Ma main Guide ban gaya (honorary) Jodhpur Tourism Guide Assoc Thx for making Harry a part of ur family.”

SRK would be bringing to celluloid the profession of Guide nearly after 52 years since the legendary actor Dev Anand’s iconic ‘Guide’.

Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming directorial venture would see Shah Rukh Khan aka Harry guiding Anushka Sharma aka Sejal through the picturesque locations of Europe.

Presented by Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Jab Harry met Sejal’ is directed by Imtiaz Ali. The film is all set to release on August 4th 2017.

govinda_660_102813020220A couple of days ago, Govinda was really angry with the makers of Jagga Jasoos for chopping off his scenes from the film. Now, Ranbir Kapoor, one of the producers of the film, has responded to it. He is very apologetic in his clarification and says that it’s ‘irresponsible’ but necessary for the sake of his film.

In a conversation with DNA, Ranbir said, “Unfortunately, the entire track has been chopped off; it is our fault, Basu and mine. We had started this film prematurely, without a complete script. The character had completely changed, and the film was taking so long.”

He further said, “It is very irresponsible, and very unfair to cast a great legend like Govinda and not do justice to his role. We are apologetic, but it is the best thing for the film so we had to cut that track out.”

Directed by Anurag Basu, Jagga Jasoos also features Katrina Kaif in an important role.

Film journalist and author Bhawana Somaaya wrote, “I just love the way AbRam starts waving at his father Shah Rukh Khan’s fans, he is so unfazed among crowds like he is born for stardom.”

To which, SRK replied, “More than stardom I believe he is born for Lovedom! So fortunate to get such love from so many, he is blessed.”

In May, SRK expressed his gratitude to his fans and posted an emotional message on Twitter on Abram’s birthday.

“I felt that only parents know how to love their child. The overwhelming msgs for AbRam make me realise u all lov him so much too. Grateful,” he tweeted.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy promoting Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal. The movie also stars Anushka Sharma in lead role. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on August 4.

Kirti KulhariKirti Kulhari

Actress Kirti Kulhari, who is playing the title role in the forthcoming film ‘Indu Sarkar’, says she does not support the Emergency that was imposed for 21 months in 1975 in India.

Asked if her political opinion reflects in the film, Kirti told IANS here: “Whatever I read about Emergency as a part and process of my film, I can say as a citizen of a democratic country called India, I am certainly not ‘for’ Emergency, a decision that snatched away the normalcy of human life for 21 months. So yes, like my character in the film, I am against Emergency.”

Isn’t she worried that such a clear political opinion could earn her the tag of pro-BJP or anti-Congress?

“I am an actress so, my fans or the large audience should look at me as an actress on screen and love or hate me based on my performance…How could I choose a film on the basis of what works for them?” said Kirti adding, “I am sure our audience is mature enough to judge me based on my work and not on opinion.”

Her character Indu is an orphan who becomes a poet, and how during the time of Emergency, she becomes a rebel.

Kirti said: “I think emotions are universal so even though I do not come from the same background, I felt for her. I love the way she thinks, her actions, the way she stammers at times…her anger. I fell in love with the character immediately after the narration I heard from our director. It is a very well-written story.”

While the actress went through a process to internalising Indu along with reading books on the Emergency and speech training to get the stammering of the character right, Kirti found the shooting quite exhausting.

“I felt unwell at the end of the shooting. There were action sequences, intense scene and emotionally I was so involved that it took a toll on my health. But I have no complaint because I have seen the result…as an actress I took those extra miles for my performance and it’s totally worth taking,” said Kirti, who went on a month-long vacation after finishing the film’s shooting.

Directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, “Indu Sarkar” is set to release on July 28.
