Foes turned friends, Shilpa Shinde and Vikas Gupta gathered under one roof to celebrate ‘Bigg Boss 11’ contestant Sabyasachi Satpathy’s birthday. Apart from them, seen at the ‘Bigg Boss’ reunion bash were Puneesh Sharma with his alleged girlfriend Bandgi Kalra. However, Shilpa’s arch-rival, who lost the ‘Bigg Boss’ trophy to Shilpa Shinde, gave the party a miss!

A video from the bash has surfaced online and shows Shilpa and Vikas giving cold shoulder to each other. However, it was in a good humour. They all had a good time at the party.

Sabyasachi had entered the ‘Bigg Boss 11’ house as a neighbour and got evicted after a few episodes. Puneesh was the only commoner who made it till the finale and gave a cut-throat competition to the celebrity contestants, Shilpa, Hina and Vikas. His romance with Bandgi Kalra was the only topic of discussion during his stint inside the most controversial house ever.

Hina was any way spotted partying recently with her gang, Priyank Sharma, Vikas Gupta and boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal. They had shared the pictures on social media.

Despite giving her 100% on the show, Arshi Khan is disappointed with her sudden eviction from ‘Bigg Boss 11’. The not-so-commoner speaks her heart out in this interaction

‘Bigg Boss 11‘ has witnessed sudden and shocking evictions in the last two weeks. Hiten Tejwani’s ouster left his fans heart-broken. This week called out for ‘begum’ Arshi Khan‘s eviction. This not-so-commoner contestant made her mark in the house for her carefree attitude and has garnered many fans, along with detractors. In an exclusive interview with mid-day online, she revealed how disappointed she is with her dismissal from the show. Though Arshi boasts about being a straight-forward person, her answers seemed vice versa. From Shilpa Shinde, Hina Khan to Vikas Gupta, she revealed the equation she shares with every inmate.

Excerpts from the interview below:

Arshi Khan

After spending 12 weeks in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, how does it feel to see the outside world? Are you missing the house?
I am not liking it outside the house. I thought after spending 12 weeks, I will definitely enter the 15th week. I’d hoped of entering the finale episode in my beautiful designer wear. Even people would have got to watch more of me. Talking about other contestants, be it Puneesh (Sharma), Akash (Dadlani), Luv (Tyagi) and Priyank (Sharma), they all came before me and are still there. So, somewhere, yes, I’m feeling bad that after playing the game so well, I got evicted after the 12th week.

Will you follow the show?
Yes, I’m following ‘Bigg Boss 11’ and will do it because I want to see what twists and turns take place in the house. Especially, I want to see how Vikas (Gupta) is playing the game. I really wanted to reach the finale, and I tried my level best for it.

What do you think is the reason behind your eviction?
I don’t know why it happened. Even I’ve failed to understand the reason behind my eviction. I gave my 100% to the show. In fact, I’ve just been nominated once under the eviction poll. The sudden eviction is difficult to fathom. Never had I thought that I would bid adieu to the show so early. And all that I have seen after coming out of the show is that people have really appreciated and wanted to see more of me. As far as I know, my voting was no less than Shilpa Shinde’s but equal to what she received. I don’t believe that I’ve received such less votes.

Has it got to do something with your pending court case, where you painted India and Pakistan’s flag on your body and didn’t appear in the court?
No, there’s no truth to all this. There’s no arrest warrant issued in my name. In fact, after leaving the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, I did another show ‘Entertainment Ki Raat’. So, there’s no court case, no hearing and I don’t think I did that big a crime.

Which is your biggest blunder in ‘Bigg Boss 11’ which you would regret always?
I’ve done many blunders on the show. I would just say anything. So, there are so many things that I’ve said jokingly. I don’t think I can even count the mistakes I made.

What is your equation with Shilpa Shinde?
She has been a good friend and we’ve had a great relationship. But later things turned sour as she wanted me to just be her tail whereas I wanted to walk with her and not behind her. For instance, Hina Khan would be alone and I would like to feed her. I wanted to equally be with both of them. However, there came a time that I got really tired and gave up. On one hand, Shilpa needed me and the other hand, Hina also needed my support. I had become such a huge factor in the house that everybody wanted my support. Be it Akash, or Vikas, who’s now indeed a very close friend of mine. Priyank, Luv, Puneesh. So, I got entangled in these relationships because until the end I did not want to hurt anyone’s sentiments or hearts. There was a relation created with every member in the house. One must have seen that I would mingle around with everyone. At times, I’m seen hugging Priyank, hitting Luv. So, I loved staying with everyone.

Do you think with your exit, Vikas Gupta will not be able to play the game? Why did you say that after your eviction Vikas would be ruined now?
Yes, and I even cried a lot. Vikas has stayed true to the friendship we share. I’ve spent a lovely time with him in the house. And at the end ‘Bigg Boss’ gave me the charge of sending someone to semi finale and I’ve sent him. He’s a clean-hearted guy, what’s in his heart is on his face. The eviction did not hurt me as much as leaving Vikas’ sight from the house.

Do you think Vikas Gupta and Priyank Sharma’s fight was fake?
No, the fight wasn’t fake. It actually happened for real because Priyank didn’t want Vikas to stay with me and Vikas wanted to. So, the entire fight revolved around me. Fights in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house would start in the name of Arshi. Priyank said that she (Arshi) isn’t a good person, speaks rubbish but Vikas was stern. He said however she is, she’s a friend. He even had a fight with Hiten because of me that why he chose Arshi over him. To which Hiten said that she is deserving, therefore I chose her. So, yes, there were fights and I tried mending the fences between them. In fact, I mended many of the relationships inside. Now let’s see how far these friendships or relationships move.

Who do you want to win and who do you think will won?
Vikas Gupta will definitely win the show.

Did you miss Hiten after his eviction?
I missed him a lot. Not in terms of flirting with him but genuinely. Because it was Vikas, him and me, who spoke valid points and thought good. Vikas and me, both of us really missed his presence. I even said on camera that I miss him. I even cried a lot when he was eliminated. We tend to miss friends when you’ve stayed together in a house for such a long time.

Any plans on meeting Hiten and other evicted contestants?
Yes, I will definitely meet Hiten. He is in Goa currently. Hopefully, we’ll meet in the finale too. Once my interviews are done, I’ll meet everyone.

Didn’t you fear that the attitude you showed in the house wouldn’t work in your favour?
I am what I am. I won’t change for anything or anyone.

Actress Shilpa Shinde’s mother, Geeta Shinde, who visited the ‘Bigg Boss’ house revealed that she entered the house as if it was her daughter’s home

Shilpa Shinde got a chance to meet her mother in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house. The actor has been winning hearts and this hasn’t gone unnoticed by her fans. A proud mother, Geeta Shinde was ecstatic after meeting her daughter. “It was as if I entered my daughter’s home. The house is undoubtedly beautiful and so is everyone else in the house. No hard feeling for everyone as after all they are playing a game,” she says.

The actor also got some advice from her mother. “I only said that she is doing superb and advised her to keep up the good work and keep rocking,” she says.

While her mother feels that her daughter’s chances of winning the show are “very bright”, she does get emotional at times. “She is fearless and strong hearted, but equally emotional and gets carried away with anything. People might take her for a ride due to such nature,” she says.

There are a few people who can challenge Shilpa for the winning title, feels her mother. “At this stage of the game, everyone is tough to compete with. But Vikas and Hina are the toughest,” she says.

While Shilpa is busy feeding everyone in the house, her mother remembers what she likes to eat. “Almost everything but, she is very fond of seafood and loves to eat Crab which I make. She also loves ‘Gulpoli'(Maharashtrian sweet delicacy, a type of roti made of wheat and jaggery),” she says.

In an unseen ‘Bigg Boss 11’ video by MTV’s Extra Dose, contestant Akash Dadlani is seen forcefully kissing co-contestant Shilpa Shinde. While the actress tries her best to push him away, he still continues with his imprudent act. Shilpa gets really furious and gives him a piece of her mind. Despite which, he goes to the extent of saying that what will she do now?

In the 13-second video, Shilpa, Puneesh, and Akash are seen in the garden area and next what can be seen is that out of nowhere Akash, who is known for passing crass comments, especially towards women in the house, forcibly kisses Shilpa. She rebuffs at him saying, “You will get a slap from me, I don’t want to talk to you.” But Dadlani continues with his vague behaviour, harasses her and questions her, “What will you do now?”

Fans of ‘Bigg Boss 11‘ have shown their outrage on Twitter and have made an appeal to Salman Khan to take a strict action against Akash. They have started hashtag #EvictAkashDadlani and have further questioned about women’s safety inside the house. The fans are even saying that he addresses Shilpa as ‘maa’ in the house, does he behaves in the same manner with his own mother?

Considered to be one of television’s most controversial reality shows, ‘Bigg Boss’, has seen various kinds of relationships blossoming in the house. From love to hate or vice versa, the show has seen it all. In another set of relationship mended in the ‘Bigg Boss 11’ house is that of producer Vikas Gupta and actress Shilpa Shinde.

The history of their infamous legal spat considering popular show, ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain’, they couldn’t bare looking at each other in the initial days in the Bigg Boss house. With the recent one being of saving her from an embarrassing moment. Their hatred started to fade off after Vikas sacrificed his special jacket to save her from a task.

In the latest unseen video shared by the makers of ‘Bigg Boss 11’, we can see that Shilpa, along with Vikas, were having a conversation with Puneesh. Shilpa was standing against the sofa and accidentally slipped backward of the couch with legs up in the air. Because Shilpa had worn a dress, it could have been a very embarrassing moment for the actress. However, while Shilpa was all panicked, Vikas held her dress to save her from the oops moment. Later, Puneesh also helped the actress stand straight.

It’s been more than a week that Benafsha Soonawalla has been evicted from the ‘Bigg Boss 11’ house. And ever since she has been posting pictures with co-contestants with emotional captions

It’s been more than a week that contestant Benafsha Soonawalla got evicted from the show. Seemingly, the evicted contestant keeps a close watch on the happenings and developments in the show. After observing everything very closely and her overall experience in the house, Benafsha has realised that she trusted the wrong people in the house and disrespected co-contestant, Shilpa Shinde.

Ever since she has been evicted, with each passing day, she kept posting pictures with Hiten Tejwani, Priyank Sharma, Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde, realising that they all were here true friends. She made noise in the house only for her flirtatious behaviour with Priyank, which she openly denied later. The VJ was in good terms with Shilpa initially and also addressed her as ‘maa’ (mother), but later, went on to have a verbal vendetta with the ex ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain’ fame actress.

Benafsha has realised the mistakes she made in the house and how she trusted the wrong people in the house. Considering which, she posted an apology on Instagram stating, “Everytime Salman would joke around and say “Ben jaa rahi hai”, there was one person along with Priyank who would secretly cry. However, the time I actually went out I hurt her so much that she didn’t even shed a tear. Akash and Arshi weren’t the only ones who called her Shilpa ma, throughout the journey we had a distant but lovely relationship, and I WISH so bad that I could take the last week back when I was mean to her…I don’t care about people hating and saying I completely changed sides after coming back, had I known how much you and Vikas looked out for me in the show, the wrong things would’ve never happened. It takes a lot to apologise and accept mistakes, and I was in tears when I saw how much you cared…Still wish I could come and just hug you and say sorry once, that would be enough redemption (sic).”

Well, after her elimination, Benafsha has un-followed everyone from her Instagram account and is only following three people- colorstv, mtvIndia and friend Kainaat Singha.

1. How will you define Shilpa’s journey in the BB house so far?
She has been successful in portraying herself.. she hasn’t done anything for the sake of footage.. in the early stage of the game, her anger toward Vikas was apparent and had strong past. She hasn’t yet picked up a fight with anyone just for footage.. she is concerned about everyone. Despite having differences with Vikas and Hina, if somebody says annoyingly bad about them for no reasons, she warns them that those are senior in the industry and should not be insulted this way. (Referring to one incident when Puneesh insulted Vikas and Arshi insulted Hina) She isn’t playing the game, she is living in the house.

2. What kind of person is Shilpa Shinde in real life?
I have never seen such a generous person to date in my life. She goes out of her way to help needy ones.. am sure her shooting unit members will definitely vouch for this

3. How was Shilpa in her childhood? What has been your fondest memory of her?
Very mischievous.. during school days we used to walk up the distance between school n house. Every evening, while on our way back to home after school, we used to loiter around all nooks n corners of the street and never used to reach home on time. our favorite time was to watch the street show of Snake n mongoose we always used get scolded by mother due to such behavior. But never paid heed to it and continued to enjoy our daily course.

4. Was she always inclined towards art and culture?
Yes.. one should see how she has decorated the house. And the answer will be quiet apparent. She has been created from the beginning.

5. Inside the house whom do you think is most fair and most unfair? What do you want to tell them?
Most fair… Apart from Shilpa (lol.. you can’t call me partial for this), I feel Vikas Gupta is the fairest character. Most unfair is Hina, as she is not trying to dig deep into the matter and becomes very judgmental in all situations that come up. I used to really appreciate her beauty while she was on YRKKH, I want to tell her to be little easy and ensure the house should not get divided. Currently from the current situation, if anyone can save the division of the house is only Shilpa, Vikas and Hina.

6. How far you think Shilpa will go in the show?
She has set the benchmark high for others also and from the current position, I see her spending the entire tenure in the house. As I said She isn’t playing the game, she is living in the house.

7. What is her strongest and weakest point?
Her fearless attitude is the strongest, her weakest point is that gets carried away emotionally and everyone can take her for a ride easily.

Bigg Boss Day 31: Shilpa Shinde and Vikas Gupta get into an intense fight again

It’s all about the money Iss hafte for the luxury budget task; as the contestant with the maximum amount of money at the end is declared as the next Captain in Bigg Boss 11. The enthusiasm that the gharwale show in earning every penny is astonishing. Street smartness is the key to nail the task! The task is also going to test the strength of relationships that the contestants have built over the time. Today all housemates get a clear idea – who is with and who is against them!

Vikas Gupta, by all means, possibly wants to defeat Shilpa Shinde to lift the ban on his captaincy in Bigg Boss. As the 2nd day of the task progresses, Shilpa and Vikas get into an intense fight where Shilpa jumps over to Vikas’ side and the two soon get into an altercation that is eventually stopped by other contestants.
