Tom Cruise Gets Injured On The Sets Of MI 6 Proving That Some Missions Are Truly Impossible

The concept of having a stunt double for actors is nothing new; however, there are some actors who prefer doing all the stunts themselves. That they don’t depend on a stuntman to shoot difficult scenes is what possibly makes us fall for them over and over again. One such handsome actor who is known for performing his own stunts on the sets is 55-year-old actor Tom Cruise. Having said that, apart from the pressure of performing stunts properly the actors are often thrown in the risk of getting hurt or injured, and Cruise who is currently busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Mission Impossible 6′, learned it the hard way after he got ended up crashing into a wall.

Cruise, who was secured to a wired harness, was filming a difficult scene where he had to jump from one building to another. However, it looks like he misjudged a leap and ended up crashing (not once but twice) into the brick wall in London, where the scene was being filmed. Although it’s not clear how bad the injury is but after the first hit, he was seen limping while walking away, before being helped by the crew members. In the second attempt he was hanging midair before pulling himself up the rooftop.

The sixth installment of ‘Mission Impossible’ is slated to release on July 27, 2018 and will also star Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Henry Cavill, Simon Pegg, Alec Baldwin, and Michelle Monaghan among others. The movie is being directed by Christopher McQuarrie who has earlier worked with Cruise on ‘Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation’. While we hope for Cruise to have a speedy recovery, we can’t help but say that waiting for Ethan Hunt to be back in action is getting harder with each passing day.

Their other projects include ‘Captain America’, ‘Gladiator’, ‘Kingdom of Heaven’, ‘Wrath of the Titans’, and ‘Price of Persia’ among others.

Disclaimer: There are some Earth shaking spoilers ahead and it’s too bad if you haven’t seen the latest episode yet.

Ever since season 7 of ‘Game of Thrones’ premiered, the show has been throwing some fiery curveballs at us right from the first episode. From Ed Sheeran’s cameo, Arya Stark and Nymeria’s epic reunion to the ‘Loot Train Attack’ spearheaded by Daenerys and her dragon, every episode leaves us GOT fans craving for more. While we all were recuperating from the fire and blood spewed in the last episode, where Daenerys’ dragon and the Dothraki erased Jamie Lannister’s forces; the makers threw us in another pool of interesting plot twists and this time it was a f**king huge deal.

In the last episode we saw Jamie sinking in the waters after Bronn pushed him away to protect him from the wrath of the dragon. It wasn’t just Jamie but our hopes too that were sinking as confusion took over our minds compelling us to think about what will happen to his character now. But, the air was cleared when we saw Bronn swimming while carrying Jamie’s weight. The latest episode ‘Eastwatch’ is definitely one of the most intriguing episodes so far and one of the reasons is Gendry. We can’t hold ourselves anymore – Gendry is back and his entry will definitely create a lot of stir in this game of thrones.

Another interesting moment was when Gilly almost revealed one of the most crucial fan theories so far, but was interrupted by Sam Tarly. The theory is about how Rhaegar Targaryen might have secretly married “someone”, after annulling his marriage. Wait! Does that make Jon a legit Targaryen then? Woah, now that’s a big revelation and we are sure most of you would already know who this ‘someone’ might be. Shekhar Kapur, the man who has given us classics like ‘Bandit Queen’, ‘Mr. India’ and ‘Masoom’, is all set to floor us with his upcoming project on Bruce Lee. The celebrated Director and Producer, Kapur is making an “authorized biopic” on the life Bruce Lee, the legendary martial artist and actor.

If the names Kapur and Bruce Lee do not excite you, wait till you hear about the crew’s new member. Oscar-winning composer aka the music maestro aka who is also known as the Mozart of Madras, A.R. Rahman is going to compose the music for this film. “A.R. Rahman is also doing the music for Bruce Lee,” Kapur said in an interview. The film titled ‘Little Dragon’ is set in the backdrop of 1950s Hong Kong. It is a contemporary adaptation that will take us through the social and political forces, which turned Bruce Lee into the most famous martial artist and star.

When two talent houses come under one roof, only sky is the limit and as we have our bar of expectations set really high, we can’t really wait for other interesting developments to be thrown at us. She is doing a song with A.R. Rahman.”

Today, our beloved movie, which redefined friendship, romance and bromance for this generation, completed 16 years and even today it feels like it was only yesterday that Aakash, Sameer and Siddharth walked into our lives. While we are biting our nails in excitement waiting for ‘Deadpool 2′ to hit the theatres, actor Ryan Reynolds is leaving no stone unturned in teasing us, by sharing glimpses of the much-loved characters in Cable and Domino. For die-hard Marvel Comics fans, we are often thrown into a difficult spot when a comic gets a TV or movie adaptation. Honestly, we can’t accept it if anyone fiddles with our favourite characters. But, after looking at Cable’s first official look, I am truly impressed at how brilliantly Josh Brolin fits the bill.

We don’t know if it’s wrong to love another anti-hero, but Josh is making things really difficult for us. In fact, Ryan too couldn’t hold himself back from complementing Josh in his own quirky way. A few days ago, Reynolds created a stir on the internet when he shared the first look of Domino, the X-Force mutant. The fans were visibly divided between the comic book character and her real-life characterisation. This Is How The 'Game Of Thrones' Makers Shot The Furious 'Loot Train Attack' & It's Simply Brilliant

Disclaimer: Spoilers ahead from episode 4, ‘The Spoils of War’.

While the whole world was in shock after the hackers leaked the fourth episode of ‘Game Of Thrones’, thanks to the makers, we are not regretting watching the leaked episode ahead of everyone else. ‘The Spoils of War’ was the mother of all episodes, with the ‘loot train attack’ being the one of the most fierce and explosive battles of all time. The amount of water I spit out of my mouth in excitement and shock was more than the stream of flame that Drogon spewed out to erase Jamie Lannister’s forces. Although I am kind of disappointed with the name of the battle, the fight itself was more of a massacre than anything else.

With the mother of dragons raining down fire from the sky and the Dothraki slaying people on ground, this episode was f**king awesome and one can only imagine how tough it would have been to shoot the whole scene. The episode has left us perplexed and confused as to who to root for after this whole sequence. While we enjoyed the deadly battle between Jamie Lannister’s army and Daenerys’ dragon along with the Dothraki, here’s a behind-the-scenes featurette video that you must watch. This video talks about the amount of effort that went into making this battle one of the deadliest affairs in the television history. Trust me, the video will make you fall in love with ‘Game Of Thrones’ all over again.

Apparently, this episode happens to be most amount of time when Emilia Clarke was seen riding the dragon. Joe Bauer, VFX supervisor said that in Season 6, there were 11 shots of Daenerys riding the dragon, but in this loot train attack alone there were more than 80. To give a little brief *cough spoiler cough* of this episode, Jamie Lannister and his army were heading home after their victory at Highgarden, when they were attacked by Daenerys and the Dothraki in Westeros, and not just the 27 loot carriages but the soldiers were burned alive as well.

We do feel bad for Tyrion Lannister who was left with no option but to watch his brother and his army lose in front of his eyes. He can’t go against Danerys after all. Having said that, our dragon mother on the other hand has finally let loose her dragons in Westeros, and their fury has been unleashed and the bar has now been set really high. Let’s just hope that the next episode manages to keep the pace and the build up at a pinnacle.
