I wanted to launch Hawayein in the rain: Shah Rukh Khan

Z78_sharuk678 Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is the lead actor and producer of the film “Jab Harry Met Sejal”, wanted to launch the song “Hawayein” while it was raining to make the song more impactful for the audience.

During a press conference here, when it suddenly started to rain, the actor said: “I wanted to launch Hawayein in the rain. I wanted everyone to get wet and enjoy the song.”

The song was launched on Wednesday.

Shah Rukh even joked about opening up the shed of the event’s venue so that the rain could pour in on the audience.

“This is a very beautiful love song, the song’s title is just like today’s weather, ‘Hawayein’. The song has also been picturised beautifully. It’s a very cosy song. Pritam has worked very hard with Imtiaz and Irshad Kamil to make this music,” he said at the launch.

Shah Rukh was accompanied by director Imtiaz Ali and co-star Anushka Sharma along with music composer Pritam.

Talking about the song, Ali said that ‘Hawayein’ is the most intimate song between Harry and Sejal in the Film.

“This is the fifth song that we are releasing. I am happy with the results of the previous songs. I am glad that everyone has loved them. ‘Hawayein’ is a romantic number shot mostly in Budapest. I think this is the most intimate song between Harry and Sejal in the film.” said the director.

Since Shah Rukh has worked with Anushka in films with the same romantic genre, but with different directors — Yash Chopra, Karan Johar and Imtiaz Ali, Shah Rukh commented that all three directors have a huge inclination towards romance as a subject.

“Anushka and I have been fortunate to work with Karan Johar, Yash Chopra, and Imtiaz Ali. They all have a huge inclination towards romance, love and relationships more than anything else. But I think the essence of their stories is the same,” he said.

“What’s different with Imtiaz is, when you watch two people interact in his films, they seep into your hearts without having to introduce too many external obstacles and plot points. I think his stories are about the simple things.”

“I didn’t understand until I worked with him that his films are about special moments. As far as the essence is concerned I think every romantic filmmaker do it with a lot of depth and the same essence of love is the most beautiful feeling,” the “Raees” actor added.
“Jab Harry met Sejal” is presented by Red Chillies Entertainment.

The film is about the duo travelling across different countries looking for Sejal’s lost engagement ring.

“Jab Harry met Sejal” is set to release on August 4.

SRK Shah Rukh Khan and Imtiaz had recently visited the city of Ahmedabad to meet the maximum number of Sejals from the city!

The makers in an innovative marketing practice had initiated a contest led by SRK that would result in the actor visiting the city that resides majority Sejals and launch the first track titled “Raadha” along with them!

In the process, more than 7000 Sejals across the country reached out to Harry!

Sejal which is usually assumed to be a girl’s name, surprised the team when a few boys named Sejal landed up at the venue! This definitely took the team and SRK& Imtiaz by a pleasant surprise.

Not letting them down, SRK met the boy Sejals too and made their day. In fact, the actor also made sure that they were a part of all the girl Seals and were part of the song launch activity!

Although, the story of boys named as Sejals got the entire team very fascinated.

In ‘Jab Harry met Sejal’ Shah Rukh Khan essays the role of a rooted Punjabi guy who travels to Canada for work.

Presented by Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Jab Harry met Sejal’ is directed by Imtiaz Ali. The film is all set to release on August 4th, 2017.

Bollywood and its fixation with prisons and the life of inmates has been continuing for decades now. Yet the way new directors are experimenting with this concept is something to look forward to. Recently, we came across Yash Raj Films' ‘Qaidi Band' starring Aadar Jain and Anya Singh. The movie talks about a bunch of innocent undertrials who form an orchestra inside the jail. But, will their story be similar to Kishen Mohan Girhotra's fight for freedom? For those wondering who is Kishen, he is none other than our Bollywood's rockstar Farhan Akhtar who will play a jail inmate in the upcoming movie ‘Lucknow Central'. The trailer of this much-anticipated film is out and by the looks of it, audience can expect something new and different from this movie. Farhan sheds his rockstar-on-stage avatar but does not lose his musical connect and that's one of the reasons why we are eagerly awaiting this film.

The story plot is simple yet intriguing. Akhtar plays an aspiring singer from Moradabad, who gets accused of murder and ends up in Lucknow Central Jail awaiting trial for a death penalty. While in jail, he crosses paths with Diana Penty, who plays an NGO worker and wants to form a Band of Prisoners for a band competition. Farhan befriends 4 other inmates and thus ensues their struggle to break free from prison. How the protagonist's life progresses inside the jail premises and how music comes to their aid weaves the rest of the plot. Farhan Akhtar looks really convincing as the small town boy who is falsely accused of murder and although we couldn't figure out much about Diana Penty's character, she will definitely be someone to look forward to. The surprise element was actor Ronit Roy who within the first few seconds won our hearts with his badassery.

The movie also stars Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, Ravi Kishan and Rajesh Sharma among others and is slated to release on 15th September, 2017.

Well, the kneeling part is a little doubtful, since Tyrion Lannister's letter failed to specifically mention that. This will obviously cause some tension between the King of the North and the Mother of Dragons, since both of them have their eyes on the Iron Throne.

We guess Director Christopher Nolan was quick to pick this success mantra after his villainous character ‘Bane' got amazing reviews. So, in the recently released ‘Dunkirk', Nolan followed the pattern and hid his face…again. While we all were constantly thinking about this, it seems that our queries have reached Nolan as he decided to shed some light on it. Nolan told the Press Association, “I was pretty thrilled with what he did in ‘The Dark Knight Rises' with two eyes and couple of eyebrows and a bit of forehead so I thought let's see what he can do with no forehead, no real eyebrows, maybe one eye.”

Now we know why the British Air Force Spitfire Pilot does not remove his mask and only shows his eyes in the movie 'Dunkirk', which is set in the backdrop of World War 2. Nolan further added, “Of course Tom, being Tom, what he does with single eye acting is far beyond what anyone else can do with their whole body, that is just the unique talent of the man, it's extraordinary.”

In fact, once Nolan had written about the character, he knew there was only one man he wanted for this role – Tom Hardy. In a report published in USA Today, he said “I don't write with actors in mind, because I think that somewhat does them a disservice. But once it was done, I could only see Tom in it. So I called him and begged…in a dignified manner.” Nolan knew that Hardy would fit the bill perfectly and we are not disappointed with his choices or decisions at all.

The song shows us Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Bidita Bag's sizzling chemistry. In fact, it is amazing to see Nawazuddin in a never-seen-before avatar, and just like always, this man leaves you impressed with his acting skills.

Daniel Craig Is Set To Return As James Bond Even After Saying He Hated The Character

He said he would rather slit his wrists than play James Bond again, so maybe Daniel Craig should start preparing.

According to a New York Times report, the 49-year-old actor is will be playing the iconic role in at least one more film, which will be released in November 2019. Well, that's good news for us, but bad news for Craig apparently.

The next instalment is expected to arrive in theatres in North America on Nov. 8, 2019 according to Eon Productions, the London-based company that oversees all things 007, and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, which holds rights to the franchise.

Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, veteran 007 writers, who have worked on every Bond movie since ‘The World Is Not Enough' in 1999, will also write the upcoming 25th one as well.

Along with directly saying that he would rather die than play this role, Daniel Craig has always been very vocal about his hatred of the character, saying Bond was a misogynist who had nothing of value to teach the world. He hated it so much that he even turned down a $99 million offer, which was apparently followed by a $150 million offer.

Well, we can just hope that Daniel Craig can bear playing this highly coveted role for a lot of money once again.
