When ‘Fukrey’released back in 2013, it surprisingly became a Box Office hit and rightly so. It was one of those movies that managed to surprise everyone not just with its unusual yet great storyline, but also with the excellent performances delivered by the cast, despite of not starring any big names. All of it obviously left the audience wanting and praying for more and their prayers have been answered.

The team has been kind (or evil) enough to provide us with sneak peeks over the last few months. The teaser that was released in August this year revealed, much to our excitement, that the original cast is back. Because honestly, without our beloved characters- Hunny (Pulkit Samrat), Choocha (Varun Sharma), Lali (Manjot Singh), Zafar (Ali Fazal) and Bholi Punjaban (Richa Chadda), it was impossible to imagine the movie.

If you haven’t seen the first installment (Why not though?), let us provide you the basic gist of the story. It revolves around four “Fukrey” Delhi boys who come together and try their hand at rather ‘unusual’ methods to make easy money with the help of the future insights by one of the characters.

After a gap of what seemed like years (but was actually only a couple of months), came the posters to tease us just a tiny bit more about how crazy and wild the second installment is going to be.

Not long after the posters were released, one of the lead actors, Pulkit Samrat tweeted a couple of short videos that show him and the other actors just being their usual crazy self.

We’re crazy, We’re wild, We’re bizarre and We’re back! Buckle up because #FukreyReturnsTrailer13Nov! @FukreyReturns @excelmovies @varunsharma90 @OyeManjot @alifazal9 @RichaChadha @MrigLamba @PriyaAnand @vishakhasingh55 pic.twitter.com/yo1bbqsalN

And finally, putting our dismay to an end, the trailer is finally here and this time it’s bigger and better.

Have a look at it:

The storyline is more or less similar to the first installment with just a dash of more insanity. It follows the four ‘Fukrey’ boys as they get involved in some major trouble over making money, once again. Richa Chaddha is at her bossy best and everyone’s favorite Choocha can’t get more hilarious. Back with its witty dialogues and excellent comic timing, the movie sure looks like it is going to exceed our expectations.

The film is produced by none other than Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani and is directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba. It is slated to hit the theatres on December 15 this year.
