NawazNawazuddin Siddiqui may have withdrawn his memoir ‘An Ordinary Life’, but his troubles are far from over. After ex-girlfriend, Niharika Singh lashed out at the actor for allegedly making false claims, his ‘first love’ Sunita Rajwar has reportedly sent him a legal notice and asked for compensation of Rs 2 crore for allegedly attempting to damage her image.

According to reports, she stated that she does not want to take any legal action because “the damage is already done and it’s irreversible.”

Sunita has also claimed she was wrongly portrayed as someone “who drove Nawaz to think of committing suicide,” and pointe out that they have not been on talking terms from past 16 years.

The report further states that Nawaz mentioned in his book that Sunita dumped him because he was not successful, which she feels is a ‘figment of his imagination’.

While stating that she wants an unconditional apology from the actor, she also went on to reveal that all the talk of the book being withdrawn is just a gimmick as the book is still in circulation.

In the wake of the numerous controversies his book stirred up, Nawaz took to Twitter to issue an apology and announce the withdrawal of his book. His tweet read, “I’m apologising to everyone who’s sentiments are hurt because of the chaos around my memoir #AnOrdinaryLife I hereby regret & decide 2 withdraw my book”
