Rumours suggest that Salman Khan has put Remo D’Souza’s next on hold, as he isn’t convinced about playing a dancing dad and feels the role is more suitable for the likes of Varun Dhawan.
But Jacqueline Fernandez, who plays the female lead opposite Khan in the dance drama, says the speculation is untrue. Fernandez says the movie hasn’t been shelved, but pushed, as the makers are working out logistics for the film.

Saba Qamar and Imran Abbas
Pakistani actors, Saba Qamar, who was seen in the Irrfan Khan-starrer Hindi Medium, and Imran Abbas, who featured in Creature 3D (2014) and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016), have found themselves to be at the receiving end of trolls. The two have been praising the Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma-starrer Jab Harry Met Sejal.
This has not gone down well with the detractors across the border. They felt Jab Harry Met Sejal was a copy of the Pakistani film, Bachana, and that the two were resorting to such measures to get Bollywood offers.

Jackie Chan
Action star Jackie Chan believes in doing his own stunts as his audiences expect him to do that.
The 63-year-old martial arts expert says using a stunt double would leave his fans feeling disappointed, reported Metro.
“I do my own stunts most of the time, that’s what audiences expect from me. I used doubles in a few shots but I do over 90 per cent of my stunts.
“But I think action for me is still easy. Doing stunts is what I am best at,” Chan says.
However, the “Rush Hour” actor also relies on special effects and “camera angles” to help him.
“Of course, I used some special effects and camera angles to help, but I think action for me is still easy,” he added.
Chan says he trains with his stunt doubles, who he calls as his “brothers”.
“We rehearse the stunts together. The JC Stunts Team was established in 1975. We spend most of our time together and they are like my brothers – we fight alongside each other.”

Earlier this year, Kajol had announced that she was excited that her “home production is finally starting”, even revealing that she was looking at a September launch for her new venture. However, when mid-day caught up with the actor, she revealed that the plan never materialised. “I am not cut out for it,” Kajol said, even confessing to finding comfort in being lackadaisical.
“Why should I push myself into doing something that doesn’t come naturally to me,” she questioned, choosing instead to invest her time in making her actor-producer-husband Ajay Devgn’s production house more “rock solid”. “I don’t find the need to break away from Ajay Devgn Films (ADF). He understands production better than I do, and in this respect, I am happy to be under his shadow.”
The actor acknowledges that she only offers inputs for Devgn’s productions when the latter approaches her. “Ajay is managing it
well enough,” The failure of ADF’s last outing, Shivaay (2016), which was being created under Kajol’s watch, to score well at the box-office, hasn’t deterred the actor from taking up further projects. “Ajay did a good job as director and actor, and Abigail [Eames, co-actor] made me howl,” she says of her love for the film, but acknowledges that the debacle affected Devgn. “But he is hard to break, and has me by his side, always.”
