And the ‘PadMan’ actor did exactly the same again during a walkathon in Mumbai, by showing his fans why he deserves to be called Bollywood’s ‘Khiladi’.

While, we are super impressed with Akshay’s insane fitness levels, get ready to see a totally different side of him in R Balki’s ‘PadMan’, which is based on the real life story of social entrepreneur Arunachalam Muruganantham. The movie also stars Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor and is releasing on February 9. Our beloved Ethan Hunt is back in action with the movie’s first poster, but this time as an eco-friendly advertisement of medicines for ‘indigestion’ (given how the makers chose to place mountains and a helicopter inside him). Did the ad for ‘Eno’ flash before your eyes?

We don’t think we’re the only ones to think this way. We mean, of all the epic stills and shots from the movie, the best that the makers could come up with was THIS? This poster will take more than a ‘burp’ to digest it.

However, what came next was possibly the best 6 seconds of our lives. We don’t know if it’s a coincidence or a trick to release back to back teasers that are 6-second short since it’s the sixth instalment of the movie. But we are in complete love with it. These videos are the exact amount of excitement and thrill we needed in our otherwise boring and dull life.

Honestly, you can go ahead and blame Tom Cruise and his super-lit Instagram account for the most part of the hype that ‘Mission: Impossible 6’ is getting.

Sorry to burst your bubble folks. But, y’all have been using social media wrong all this time.

While, we are busy posting goofy selfies, tagging friends in memes and posting pictures of food with cliché hashtags, there is MUCH more to it and looks like our beloved celebrities, have now taken charge of educating us on how to put social media to good use.

Recently, Demi Lovato taught us how to flirt and get your crush to notice you without looking creepy. We have to say it, Henry Cavill and his $25 million moustache is the true bomb. Well, this week Tom Cruise decided to give all his fans an exclusive session on how to low-key act as a publicist for his movies.

Cruise has recently joined Instagram, and while we were hoping to see insights from his life, it seems it will need a certain amount of prayers or death-defying stunts to convince Cruise to be ‘pally’ with his fans and share the deets from his personal life with us.

Anyway, this was the best time and decision for Cruise to join Instagram, because we were dying to see all the latest updates, teasers from his upcoming ‘Mission: Impossible Fallout’ and he obliged us by doing just that.

We also got to see our ‘distracted boyfriend’ Henry Cavill fight it out with Cruise and we are confirmed that his memes aren’t going to be the only talking point of the film.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, ‘Mission: Impossible Fallout’ is out in theatres on July 27th and also features Rebecca Ferguson, Angela Bassett, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Vanessa Kirby, Alec Baldwin and Sean Harris.

After braving violent protests of the Karni Sena, pleas to ban the movie across various states, and removing an ‘I’ to satisfy the anger of most fringe groups; Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus finally saw the light of day on January 25th as ‘Padmaavat’.

While the release of the movie was far from being a smooth sail, post-release days don’t seem to be that great either, given the fresh controversies brewing each day. Recently, actress Swara Bhaskar also wrote an open letter to Bhansali, pointing out the depiction of ‘Jauhar’ in the movie; which got certain mixed reactions from the fraternity as well as the cast of the movie. Overall too, the fans and critics seem to be divided in their opinion about the movie.

However, despite the endless controversies that Bhansali and his ‘Padmaavat’ find themselves in, one can’t take away from the fact that this movie was indeed a visual treat and a spectacular account of courage, bravery, and valor of the Rajput community. Bhansali’s movies majorly focus on grandeur, opulent sets and rich detailing and this movie too shone brightly in its full beauty. 

And in the 2 hours 40 minutes, if you couldn’t figure out the time, effort and hard work that the entire cast and crew invested in the film, then you HAVE to check these pictures out. ‘Padmaavat’s’ production designer recently shared a series of images from the film sets. Reportedly, the sets were designed and created by Amit Ray and Subrata Chakraborty. 

From designing royal palaces to the makeshift tents used for war scenes, these pictures speak volumes about Bhansali’s extraordinary vision. 

While, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor brilliantly portrayed Goddess queen Padmavati and Maharawal Ratan Singh; it was Ranveer Singh who took home the cake with his portrayal of mad king Alauddin Khilji. And this picture is proof of the amount of hard work that has gone into the making of Ratan Singh and Khilji.

The film opened to a great response at the box office and has earned nearly Rs. 110 crore in the country and approximately Rs. 212 crore globally.

With this year’s much anticipated movie ‘Black Panther’ knocking at our doorsteps and a killer line-up of sci-fi movies in the queue already; Hollywood seems to have finally found its success mantra, and that is to bask in the powers of superheroes and let them rule over the box office. 

If 2017 was applauded as the year of superheroes, 2018 isn’t going to be much different either, and the release of epic sequels, spin-offs and their trailers and teasers are only garnishing the delectable side of movies, that Hollywood is all set to serve us over the next few months.

Talking about trailers, while we were recuperating from the teasers and TV spots of ‘Black Panther’ with T’Challa in all his glory, Marvel has dropped another massive bomb of a trailer of its upcoming movie ‘Ant Man And The Wasp’. 

Unless you are a DC fan or someone who was living under a rock all this while, the hype that ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ is gradually picking up won’t come as a surprise to you. And the first teaser trailer has proved why it deserves more hype and attention that it is getting now. 

It may not have T’Challa fighting Erik Killmonger. It may not have a bunch of superheroes fighting it out to save the world like they do in ‘Avengers: Infinity War’; but this shrinking superhero with an impeccable comic timing is definitely a serious competition to the likes of ‘Deadpool’.

Paul Rudd is back with a bang in this kickass action sequel to 2015’s ‘Ant-Man’ and the beautiful yet ferocious ‘Wasp’ is being played by Evangeline Lilly. However, if you too took an extra minute to get over Wasp’s weird suit, trust us you’re not alone. The movie also stars Michael Douglas, the man responsible for inventing the shrinking technology and Michael Peña as Luis.

Just in case you weren’t intrigued enough, the teaser also hints at the entry of a dangerous villain in a mask and hood waiting to make the Ant-Man’s life miserable. Well, that villain is none other than the ‘Ghost’ and his appearance has made it tougher for us to contain our excitement.

Directed by Peyton Reed, the movie is expected to hit the theatres on July 6th.

In recent years, the world seems to be divided primarily into two groups – one that breaks the internet with their achievements, the course of actions and work; and the other group that breaks the internet with JUST their existence alone. Basically, they attract people’s attention for doing nothing except being the favourite muse and fodder for trolls.

Ever since people got their hands on the information that Warner Bros. had to spend a whopping $25 million for CGI alone to remove his moustache, the world lost it. Well, if you’re so rich that you spend millions to remove a moustache using CGI and yet end up with a shoddy outcome, turning into a meme only sounds fair. Reason? Cavill was simultaneously shooting for Tom Cruise’s next ‘Mission: Impossible 6’ around that time and Paramount Pictures did not allow him to remove his moustache.

After hearing this epic news and laughing at the memes back then, there was no way our excitement levels could have been anywhere close to ordinary. It was skyrocketing and hitting the roof as we waited for Cavill’s look from ‘Mission: Impossible 6’. 

While Cavill was hoping that people would stop talking about his moustache for once, and focus on his character, fate had other plans for him. And this time trolls turned him into the new face of the ‘Distracted Boyfriend’ meme.
