Irony couldn’t have hit any harder when Bollywood’s Dabangg ‘cop’, who put many criminals behind bars in reel-life, got convicted in real life by the Jodhpur court in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. He was accused of killing two rare blackbucks during the filming of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. Imagine if Salman had to sing the song during that road trip…“ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ…I killed a blackbuck.”

While his other co-accused co-stars Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Saif Ali Khan were acquitted, Salman has been charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and sentenced to 5-year jail term.

This judgment has divided the world in two parts – one, that supports the court’s decision and have been since busy cracking jokes on how ‘Tiger’ has been arrested for killing a blackbuck. The other part includes Salman’s die-hard fans, who are devastated by this news and can do anything for him. Even if it means going to the jail in his place.

Did you know there’s a Salman Khan lookalike in Pakistan, who is also known as Pakistani Salman? Well, now you will because the man is breaking the internet, once again, for his bizarre and unusual request.

In 2015, when a Mumbai court convicted Salman Khan in the 2002 hit-and-run case, Salman’s Pakistani fan went all out and started begging the cops to put him behind the bars. Yes, a fan who is also known as ‘Pakistan’s Salman Khan’ has offered to go to jail in place of the Bollywood star. According to the fan, it’s unjust if Salman Khan has to go to jail and he remains free. If this does not earn him ‘the best fan’ award, we wonder what else will.

While, we aren’t sure of the facial similarities between Salman and his Pakistani fan, but the dude sure has a chance to make it big in movies. His over-acting and over-compensating attitude can land him a lead role in any movie or drama.

And we guess the Pakistani media deserves some brownie points for their hilarious coverage.
