These fan theories are never ending, I tell you. But we can never get enough of them, so brilliant some of them are. Looks like beside George RR Martin, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, there are thousands of other brilliant writers secretly toiling hard over the scripts in their studies. And sometimes, their hard work produces some of the most mind-boggling GOT theories ever. We think even George RR Martin would be amused by some.

Winter has officially arrived in the show and it’s going to be a battle between the alive and the dead. So far we know that the Night King has brought along the army of the undead through the Wall, thanks to Daenerys’ dragon. The massive army will kill ruthlessly and ordinary mortals will be helpless against their ice swords. But that it is not all. It could never be so simple in GOT.

A Reddit user who goes by the handle ‘twerkmileyyy’ has a crazy theory in place. And it sounds way too legit to ignore. He charts the predicted itinerary of the White Walkers and believes they are headed towards God’s Eye. The Isle of Faces is a lake that is found at God’s Eye and it’s the place where the Children of the Forest and the First Men made a pact of peace. Among the many magical properties of this place is the gift of eternal life.

This Fan Theory Explains The Night King's Evil Game Plan And It's More Sly Than You Thought© Reddit/twerkmileyy

The Redditor believes that the Night King has greensight because he could even see Bran when the latter had warged into another time and place. The Night King has foreseen that the Isle of Faces can bestow life and he hopes to induce life into his undead army and create an entire kingdom for himself.

So, basically, this means the Night King, after defeating the mortals from the Seven kingdoms, plans to raise his army from the dead and establish a reign of his own. Surely it’s no fun to rule over dead people. This is also probably why the undead army formed the Stark sigil while marching through the Wall – the Night King was originally a Stark and he plans to rule as part of the Stark clan.

Now it’s only a theory and raising an entire army from the undead is too far-fetched even from GOT standards, but (and there’s a huge but) the Night King could also only raise just a few Wights and White Walkers at the Isle of Faces. Only as much as he needs by his side to rule the Seven kingdoms, and that includes the Ice Dragon as well. A sly pact with Cersei could also be a possibility that cannot be ruled out.

Guess it will all turn out to be a war amongst humans only then. And that is scarier than the undead.

The 8th and the last season of ‘Game of Thrones’ will come out in 2 years and there will be tons of fan theories till then. The 7th season just wrapped up and there are already insane theories floating around. From who will die in the next season to whether Tyrion will betray Daenerys, there’s no end to the things you can speculate about. But what do you when a GOT actor himself comes up with a possible spoiler? You don’t ignore this one. This time it’s actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister, who has dropped a major bomb on us.

The 7th season ended with Jaime Lannister finally abandoning Cersei after she revealed her dark side yet again. He is most probably heading North to join the Stark and Targaryen sides against the White Walkers. Of course, we are expecting an epic battle between the army of the dead and allies of the seven kingdoms. There will be deaths, a lot of them.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, while talking to Esquire, said there could be a lot many main characters walking as Wights. While we did expect a lot of deaths from both the camps, we were not ready to witness main characters as blue-eyed Wights. Not after Viserion.

“The fear is that I would be turned into one of those undead. That would suck. You know some of the main characters are going to get turned. There are going to be some blue-eyed main characters running around. And, god, I hope it’s not me. That’s three hours of make-up in the morning. I know that if David Benioff and Dan Weiss read this, they’ll go, “Oh, yes we will.”

We wonder which characters would be seen fighting as part of the army of the undead. We have Thoros of Myr who was killed on Jon Snow’s suicide mission beyond the Wall. Benjen Stark could be dead too, thanks to Jon Snow. Considering the army of the dead is through the Wall now, Tormund could be dead too. He’d look absolutely menacing as a Wight. So would Hodor.

Let’s take a stock of characters who could die beyond the Wall in the next season:

Jorah Mormount – The friend-zoned lover, the man with a broken heart, ever so loyal to the woman he loves, Jorah is the perfect choice for a heartbreaking death.

The Hound – He has had too long a run and without a fight too. We have a feeling he’ll go down fighting till his last breath and come back as a Wight. When he left for King’s Landing and Tormund bids him farewell, his response is ‘Fuckin no.” Ominous much?

One of the Stark sisters – Theories about the death of one of the Stark sisters Arya and Sansa have been abound. As a faceless assassin, Arya would be deadly as a Wight if the White Walkers actually manage to kill her.

Jaime Lannister – Who knows Jaime himself might be destined for a life beyond the Wall. Now that he is estranged from his sister and has left his home for good, he could end up dead on the other side, or undead as you’d call it.

The 7th season of ‘Game Of Thrones’ has ended and the finale’s ending left us shook. As Jon Snow and Daenerys got busy getting cozy on a boat, the White Walkers crossed the Wall after the Night King destroyed it with the help of the ice dragon. While we were too caught up freaking out at the fact that the Wall was smashed to pieces and the White Walkers were marching into the Seven Kingdoms, we missed a huge detail.

The army of the undead while marching across the Wall forms a huge image of the sigil of the Stark House, a hawk-eyed Reddit user noticed. The Stark sigil is an imprint of a wolf’s head.

Check out the Stark sigil.

This could be no coincidence. A sigil does not make itself and the resemblance is uncanny. Is it true then? That Bran is the Night King? The strongest and eeriest theory of ‘Game of Thrones’ is turning out to be true! But if he is, why doesn’t he stop the war? Why does he continue to lead the army of the undead?

The White Walkers Made The Stark Sigil While Crossing The Wall© HBO

Some fans believe that the Night King was a Stark as a human, which is very much possible because Winterfell is very close to the Wall. It could be that the Night King remember his Stark identity and plans to establish an undead Stark rule over the seven kingdoms.

Issac Hempstead-Wright, the actor who plays Bran, said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, “Yeah, well, I really think there’s some kind of history between the Three-Eyed Raven and the Night King. Even after it became clear that the Children of the Forest were the ones who created the Night King, or at least just the first White Walker. There’s some kind of linkage there, I think. I’m not looking forward to finding out what that might be.”

Or is this a cruel joke the producers are playing on us? Considering fans have been going crazy with the theories and imagining every possible plot twist, the producers decided to give us something to think about for the next two years.

Whatever it is, the formation of the Stark sigil cannot be ignored. What do you think it means?

Nursing a broken heart post the GOT finale? Yeah, me too. The world is cruel, life is not fair and the climax of the finale is still sinking in. Dany and Jon finally ‘rocked the boat’ and the wait for the next season is only getting harder with each passing hour.

Well, here’s some soothing balm for your achy heart. We’ve got a bit of a hangover cure with this particular show. ‘Game Revealed’ is a BTS , in depth look  of how our favourite series is made and it’s just what you need to keep you from going under.

The shoe is a 7 part series and will give fans a detailed look into the mechanics of every episode. The first episode is out and has a plethora of exciting details. Actually after watching it, you realise how everything is a sham and an amazing fluke.

Your Monday fixation of a GOT dose will be taken care of, at least for a while. The next season is not going to air until 2019, and honestly we don’t know how to deal with it. *screams internally*

The predictions for the next season include a myriad of theories. Tyrion is probably in love with our Khaleesi, who is probably going to pregnant. Cersei child might not survive as claimed by Maggie’s prophecy, the White Walkers are coming for Westeros and war is imminent, and to add to all of that, Littlefinger is dead. Way too much happened in season 7 and the final season is going to have to satisfy the millions of fans out there. But for now, ‘Game Revealed’ will serve as a bridge between the epic season and our memory of it. Sigh, well, here’s waiting till 2019!

The season finale of ‘Game Of Thrones’ S7 is over and life will soon be dull again. So much happened in one episode, but there was one major setback that has us seething with anger. Cersei’s deceitful trick of backstabbing Daenerys and Jon Snow. She easily lies to them about the truce and readily agrees to send her army to the North to fight White Walkers. It all did sound too good to be true.

Cersei's Shrewd Plan Could Mean A Huge Betrayal By Tyrion© HBO

But what happened after her conversation with her brother Tyrion? The chat ends after Tyrion discovers she is pregnant, catching Cersei on an unguarded note. Was the truce in exchange of keeping the information of her pregnancy a secret? Does Tyrion agree to withhold the information if she is willing to come to peaceful terms with Daenerys?

Cersei's Shrewd Plan Could Mean A Huge Betrayal By Tyrion© HBO

If that is the case, Tyrion might essentially be betraying Daenerys. In his conversation with Cersei, a major chunk is devoted to the guilt he harbours on account of the deaths he caused in the family. He repeatedly stresses on how dearly he loved his niece and nephew, Tommen and Myrcella. Has he taken the moment to purge some of his guilt?

If Tyrion is indeed conniving with Cersei on this, it would also stand true to the prophecy that said Daenerys would be betrayed 3 times: once for blood, once for gold and once for love. She’s been betrayed for blood and gold but not for love so far.

Cersei's Shrewd Plan Could Mean A Huge Betrayal By Tyrion© HBO

Cersei has, of course, alienated the only family she had left – Jaime Lannister. Her about-turn regarding the truce doesn’t go down too well with Jaime who wants to uphold their end of the pledge but Cersei is thinking like a shrewd politician here, something only her father Tywin Lannister did. Whether we like it or not, that is exactly the kind of line of thought the modern human has today – self preservationist.

Cersei's Shrewd Plan Could Mean A Huge Betrayal By Tyrion© HBO

She is sharp enough to realise that Daenerys has lost one of her dragons. She tells Jaime that the absence of the third dragon at a time when Daenerys was exhibiting her power in front of her enemy means only one thing – that there is no third dragon anymore.

Cersei's Shrewd Plan Could Mean A Huge Betrayal By Tyrion© HBO

In withdrawing from the war against the White Walkers, she is following a very typical political tact – let your enemies fight against each other and suffer loss of life and resource. It’d be much easier to defeat whatever is left of them after the fight. Self-preservation is the key to survival in the Game of Thrones universe.

Cersei's Shrewd Plan Could Mean A Huge Betrayal By Tyrion© HBO

The only mistake she is making here is that she underestimates the White Walkers and assumes that they can be defeated easily. Of course, she doesn’t know the Night King has a dragon now – that bit of information has been conveniently hidden by Daenerys and camp.

Cersei is evil, vindictive and deceitful, no doubt, and she is probably digging her own grave right now, but fact remains that she is the sharpest politician in the show right now, besides Tyrion Lannister. Despite being cornered, she could still win the war, thanks to her tactics.

‘Game Of Thrones’ has ended its seventh season today and while digesting things will take some time, it is the ending that left us gasping for breath and some fresh air. Oh my god! We were waiting for the White Walkers to touch the wall the entire season and they totally made it worth the freaking wait.

Ending of game of thrones season 7© HBO

Viserion was raised from the dead by the Night King himself and while people were waiting to see what happens, it now makes sense to understand that it was all a part of an elaborate plan by the dead villain to use the dragon for his own army. Tormund and the others are casually looking around when they see the dead army marching. Panic did strike hard but all hell was let loose when the Night King comes flying on the dragon and off goes the wall. BOOM! Just like that.

How do you fathom it? The sad part is that this could mean the end of Tormund and his love life dreams that he was weaving for quite a while. The wall is now down, the army is descending to the other side and there is a very powerful dragon that spits icy fire, if that makes any sense. This means that danger is coming soon and in the next season we can expect some major shit going down. People are going to die and war is happening. Good thing for Jon Snow is that he has Targaryen blood and can even possibly survive fire. How do we deal with these withdrawal symptoms now?

The 7th season of ‘Game of Thrones’ has ended and so has our watch. The finale has left us in whirlwind of emotions and we have been replaying everything in our heads ever since. Too bad if you haven’t watched it yet, we suggest you do not read any further  because this piece has more spoilers than the hair in your head. First things first, Jon and Dany have finally hooked up after leaving fans on the brink of a climax with their sexual tension. Strangely enough, the intimate scene is coupled with the scene of Jon’s bloody birth. Don’t know why but we think Dany might soon have a child of her own.

While Cersei might have sunk to her lowest yet and she is not budging even for the White Walkers, we see a point in her madness. Let your enemies fight and kill each other. One dragon is already dead; she might not have to fight at all to win this war perhaps. Nevertheless, let’s take a moment to savour some of the best moments of this episode!

Just like the White Walkers, there is a real-life danger approaching our 7 continents. And just like most people in Westeros who refused to take Jon Snow’s warning about the White Walkers seriously, we too have been shrugging the threat of Global Warming for far too long now. In ‘Game of Thrones’, it costs them a dragon but in real life, it will cost much more.

Actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who plays Jaime Lannister on the show has actually taken up a Jon Snow-like mission to the North to bring us face to face with what we could lose. He wants to show us how Global Warming is catching onto us and has had a huge impact on Greenland.

The actor who hails from Denmark considers Greenland his second home. Reminiscing about the beautiful place he grew up in, Nikolaj talks about how he wants his children to see the place exactly as he saw it.

And so, he paired up with Google Maps and collected the street view of Greenland to show the beauty of the land and its people, and the need to protect this natural wilderness which is one of the most beautiful and pristine places on the earth.

Nikolaj has recently been appointed as a UNDP goodwill ambassador. He says, “Statistics, scientific reports and graphs can be bewildering, but I hope seeing these images will help people understand the drastic changes taking place in Greenland, and inspire you to fall in love with it the way I have.”

Nikolaj points out in the video: “One of the best places in the world to see what [climate change] means is in Greenland, because the glaciers are melting at an alarming rate. The ice sheet is melting at an increased pace — pouring 300 billion tons of ice into the ocean each year. This melting harms important coastal ecosystems, local food and water supplies and is a major contribution to rising sea levels. Unless we change these climate trends, the next time we bring the trekker to Greenland the landscape may be unrecognisable from the one you see today.”

This week’s Game of Thrones episode was a roller coaster ride for all the viewers. So much happened in that one episode that it mentally disturbed many of us. Firstly Jon Snow and his squad somehow managed to survive the suicide mission they went on, all thanks to Daenerys. Some died, while some survived, though the death of few was predictable as the episode was heading. Tormund’s death was certain. Though we would have loved to see him making giant babies with Brienne. However, one death that affected everyone was that of Viserion. And then he rose back again as an ice dragon, interesting indeed. Then you also had a zombie polar bear, who stunned everyone!

Well, on the show all this happened just in a period of an hour. But in reality, picturising these scenes weren’t an easy job. From years of preparations to several days of shooting, the GOT team worked very hard to get this end result, that left each one of us impressed. It goes without saying that making such scenes is work of CGI but the credit also goes to the human minds. For instance, that view that makes leaves us in awe is in Iceland. The main highlight of the last episode was the showdown between the Dragons and the White Walkers. Have you ever thought how that magnificent scene was actually shot? HBO recently released a video giving us a glimpse of the making of that particular episode. In the clip, showrunner Dan Weiss, David Benioff, and the cast talk about their individual experiences.

If there’s one thing ‘Game of Thrones’ is notorious for, it’s the  ability to deliver a hell of an action scene. The battles on GoT are the stuff of legends: involving dragons, giants, mechanized crossbows, armadas of ships, and the Undead. Over seven seasons, the HBO show has given us many memorable battles. Here are some of our favourites:

5) Dragons vs. White Walkers in Beyond The Wall (Season 7, Episode 6):

Here Are The Top 5 Battles in Game of ThronesSource: HBO

This wasn’t one of the most epic battles the series has ever given us, but this was entirely worth it for that one moment in which The Night King hurls his magic spear at Viserion. The question throughout this series has been: what can kill a dragon? None of us were very convinced that Cersei’s crossbows-large as they may be – could finish the job. So to see Viserion fall was extraordinary, because this was a battle that pitted one type of magical creature against another. The lingering question on all our minds is surely: What happens now that Viserion is reanimated? Where do his loyalties lie, to his Dragon mother or to the Night King?

4) The Night’s Watch vs. The White Walkers in Hardhome (Season 5, Episode 8):

Here Are The Top 5 Battles in Game of ThronesSource: HBO

Set against the blue chill of the North, this was one of the more visually beautiful battles. It occurs in the remote fishing village of Hardhome, where Jon Snow has gone to recruit wildlings to his cause. There’s no question of who will win against the White Walkers, who clearly outnumber the human beings.

The moment in which The Night King reanimates the dead is one of the most shocking moments of the entire series. This is Jon Snow’s biggest test so far, and the fact that he survives makes it clear: he deserves to be King of the North.

3) Jon Snow vs. Ramsay Bolton in The Battle of The Bastards (Season 6, Episode 9):

Good vs. evil: we know who we want to win. At this point, we’ve seen Ramsay do despicable things throughout the series. This battle is a perfect example of Ramsay’s superior military strategy, though: as Sansa warns, he cannot be trapped. He kills Rickon Stark in order to infuriate Jon, then surrounds the latter’s army in a circular formation reminiscent of early Roman battles. The clash is so deadly that Jon’s army has to climb over corpses in order to keep fighting. Luckily, the cavalry – summoned by Sansa- arrives at the very last moment to smash the Bolton army, in true Bollywood style.

2) Oberyn Martell vs. Gregor Clegane in The Mountain and The Viper (Season 4, Episode 8)

Although this is a trial by combat and not a conventional battle, it still deserves to rank highly on the list. The small, agile Viper dances circles around his formidable opponent: we almost want to take bets on whether speed or strength will win the day. After a few nailbiting minutes, we see that Oberyn has felled the Mountain. But when he stops to taunt his opponent, we cover our eyes. Anybody who watches Game of Thrones knows George R.R. Martin’s penchant of killing the fan favourite. And that’s exactly what happens. In the most gruesome scene we could imagine, the Mountain digs his fingers into Oberyn’s skull with so much force that it explodes. We don’t recommend eating popcorn while watching this scene.

1) Battle of the Blackwater in Blackwater (Season 2, Episode 9):

This is the first real battle on Game of Thrones, and it does not disappoint. Stannis Baratheon sails to attack King’s Landing, and the consequences are catastrophic for all.

In a highly effective, carefully choreographed scene, a ship full of green wildfire explodes, instantly turning the tables on Stannis’ men. The action then moves to land as Tyrion and The Hound take on the invaders. It is an extremely heroic moment for Tyrion in particular, who does not look like any conventional hero we have ever seen. He shows far more courage and moral fibre than Joffrey – who gives us a good laugh as he turns to flee to the safety of the castle and his mother’s arms.
