Sylvester Stallone might have a huge list of blockbuster movies to add in his cap of achievements, but for us, he will always be our favourite boxer Rocky Balboa aka ‘The Italian Stallion’. The Rocky franchise is undeniably one of the most amazing sports movies ever made and while we are usually skeptical about the sequels of certain classics, this is one series we always look forward to. Be it the 1976 ‘Rocky’, ‘Rocky IV’, ‘Rocky Balboa’, or ‘Creed’; each movie packed unparalleled action and drama.

Talking about ‘Rocky IV’, how can we forget the iconic battle between Rocky and Russia’s Champion Boxer Ivan Drago? Dolph Lundgren who played Drago fought both Rocky and Apollo Creed, which resulted in Apollo’s death in the movie. More than Apollo’s death it was Ivan’s words that moved us, “If he dies, he dies”. Well, fast forward to the present time and 32 years later the two iconic boxers will meet each other again in ‘Creed’ sequel. And the way Dolph Lundgren is training for his role, it looks like he is all set to pack some really crazy punches. Dolph recently posted a video of his workout on Instagram and let’s just say, we are in for some kick-ass action.

‘Creed II’ will see Adonis ‘Donnie’ Creed (Michael B. Jordan), Apollo’s son, avenge his father’s death by going toe-to-toe with the man who killed him. In fact, not long ago, even Stallone hinted about Ivan’s ultimate fight with Donnie. Although time will tell how the movie shapes up, but we don’t think we can hold together our excitement anymore. But, the good news is that a showdown between Rocky and Drago is definitely on the cards. According to TMZ Sports, Stallone said, “It wouldn’t be a party without Drago, would it? I’m gonna punch him. You know I gotta hit Drago once.” Well, Stallone, we are with you. The fight that took place 32 years ago, definitely deserves a rematch.

Here’s a chance to stretch your imagination … HISTORY WILL ALWAYS REPEAT ITSELF IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER, JUST GOT TO BE READY! … Sins of the Father…. #creed2 # agentnickyc #rockybalboa

If this wasn’t enough to intrigue us, Stallone posted another image of with the caption, “A winner is just a proud loser who never stopped trying!…the Son is Rising!”

Well it is also being rumoured that ‘Creed 2′ might feature a fight between Donnie and Drago’s son, with a focus on ‘sins of the father’ theme. As of now, the movie is slated for a 2018 release, although we are not sure of the exact date.

Tiger Shroff has been in the news for his upcoming action thriller which is special to not just him, but also for every Stallone fan out there. I am talking about the Hindi remake of ‘Rambo’, for which Tiger is working very hard.

Now rumour has it that Stallone might just make an appearance in Tiger’s version and that would be a feast for every fan out there.

In an interview, Tiger explained his love for doing this movie and why it’s special. “There is no prep work as such for the film as I am busy with the promotions of Munna Michael. And then I have Baaghi 2 and Student Of The Year 2 to do. Rambo is still far off. The prep work will be exhausting especially (as) there are lot of expectations and it’s cult action film featuring one of the legends of Hollywood. I don’t replace him I am just giving him a tribute”.  Stallone has earlier appeared in ‘Kambakkht Ishqq’ as well.

If only we get to see him again as Rambo, it would be a real feast.
