Anushka Sharma: Shah Rukh can even romance a microphone
Anushka Sharma, during one of the promotional events, said romancing Shah Rukh Khan was quite easy and that he can even romance a microphone. The lead stars were joined by music director Pritam and film director Imtiaz Ali for the ‘Hawayeina’ song launch, where Anushka was quoted saying, “Romancing Shah Rukh was extremely easy! There is a genuineness in his eyes that we all can see – that reflects on-screen. In my opinion, he even can romance a microphone.”
She also expressed in another interview that the one thing that makes King Khan enigmatic among the women is his smile.

While Shah Rukh does not consider himself a romantic person, he went on to reveal that Imtiaz had earlier approached him with the idea of a man “trying to commit suicide” but he instantly dismissed that and asked for a “happier story”, giving birth to ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’. He also believes that love stories are made by directors who are sensitive and understand a woman’s perspective about romance. The story of ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ revolves around the two and their adventures across Europe to reportedly find Sejal’s engagement ring.
