Game of Thrones fans, last season was too good to watch; after all, we had our hands on some of the episodes (on our laptops basically) even before its release. Well, the makers definitely realised how amazingly talented the hackers are when it comes to piracy and have decided to do something sneaky to keep hackers at bay.

‘Game Of Thrones' Will Shoot Multiple Endings To Avoid Spoilers

In order to avoid all the fiasco and spoil the last season of the most watched series, makers have come up with an amazing idea. Well, they know if season 8’s episodes are leaked it will be written in history. Yeah, kind of!

So they have decided to shoot multiple endings for the last season of GOT. Fans and hackers, if you think you are smart, it seems like makers are smarter!

‘Game Of Thrones' Will Shoot Multiple Endings To Avoid Spoilers

Speaking of The Morning Call, the head of HBO, Casey Bloys, talked about their intention to do so and said, “I know in Game of Thrones, the ending, they’re going to shoot multiple versions so that nobody really knows what happens . You have to do that on a long show. Because when you’re shooting something, people know. So they’re going to shoot multiple versions so that there’s no real definitive answer until the end.”

As many of us, HBO served a major hack this year and couple of the episodes were released online before it was officially aired.

Talking about what the finale could be, he said, “Finales are tough. If you think about Six Feet Under, well, that was a pretty good finale. But if you think about Seinfeld, if you think about The Sopranos, if you think about Breaking Bad… Everybody has an opinion about how a show should end.”

Now it is obvious, that going through what HBO has already suffered, the makers don’t mind going an extra mile and shooting several versions of the ending, so the whole finale is saved.

Honestly, now we are very curious about how many endings will be shot and what all could be part of the predicted ending. Share your ideas with us.

Although the seventh season of ‘Game of Thrones’ is over, we just can’t get enough of the finale episode that blew our minds away. From Viserion, the undead dragon brutally crushing ‘the wall’ to Jon and Dany finally fulfilling fans’ wishes by taking incest to another level, this season ended on a really high note. We are sure many of you must be wondering what the actors might be doing, now that  season 7 is over? ‘Preparing for season 8′? NO. Some are actually living their lives, away from all the tension of killing or getting killed on their quest to sit on the coveted throne. At least Jon Snow aka Kit Harington is definitely having the time of his life. For all those who thought this man knows nothing, he sure knows how to have fun, with his partner in crime Ser Davos (played by Liam Cunningham).

Since Westeros is not a place where you can attend to your fanciful wishes of riding in racing cars, Jon Snow, the King in the North made sure that he rides one in real-life. Kit Harington along with Liam Cunningham, took some time off Winterfell and travelled to Monza, Italy, where they rode in swanky two-seater Formula 1 cars. The duo looked super excited, and in fact were all smiles as they geared up for the ride. According to The Drive, Harington said after his ride, “I was cursing at all of you for putting me in that thing!” He further added, “That’s the most fun I’ve had. The first lap I think I was just surviving.” Check out the video here.

No matter how scared the two were while riding in the racing car, we are sure the experience is definitely safer than the kind of sh*t they had to deal with in Westeros since no one is hatching a plan to kill them all. Having said that, although Jon Snow couldn’t ride the dragon, at the very least, he got to ride in a beast that’s fiercer in real life.

If you are too bummed about the 2-year wait to the 8th season of ‘Game of Thrones’, don’t be. We’re sure there’s going to be a lot of speculations, sneak peeks, set photos, spoiler hints dropped by producers if we’re lucky. Just in is a photo from the ‘Game of Thrones’ set in Belfast.

The shooting for ‘Game of Thrones’ season 8 is expected to begin in October 2017 and preparations are on in full swing. Filming locations, props, sets etc. are being readied for the shoot. Some hawk-eyed people spotted a hut that looks much like a Dothraki hut at Titanic Studios in Belfast, Ireland.

The photo was captured by Spanish website Los Seite Reinos. It is claimed that in all, there were 3 huts – 2 small ones and a third bigger hut. If you’ve been a dedicated GOT fan and have watched all seasons closely, it’d take you no time to realise that it looks like a Dothraki hut. The kind we’ve seen in the Dothraki Sea and in Vaes Dothrak.

Now we all know that the Dothraki army is headed North with Daenerys to fight the army of the Undead. They could be setting up camp by building Dothraki huts in Winterfell, but winter has arrived in the North and it’d be too cold for them to reside outside. They are the strongest men in the land but surely not used to the harsh winter of the North.

One thing is for sure – there will be some development in the Dothraki plot. We would probably also get to see more of the Dothraki general, Qhono.

If the huts are not in the North where the Dothraki army is, where is this scene headed to? If there’s a scene scheduled in Vaes Dothrak, it could only mean one thing – Khal Drogo is coming back?! It could be a prequel, but nevertheless it’d be great to see Daenerys and Khal in happier times.

See you the next time a picture from the sets gets leaked!

‘Game Of Thrones’ may be over but the hangover still remains, somewhere. It’s like a daunting ex , the mere mention of a name, a picture spotted somewhere and boom, you are ready to invest some time there.

Video Compilation Of Insults By The Hound From GoT© HBO

Coming back to GOT, we all have our favourites. A favourite villain, a favourite we love to love and one we love to hate. The Hound enjoys a special place in the series. A guy who comes on and off, curses people like no one’s business, throws a few around, chops up a soldier or two and wears an angry face forever.

So there’s a full-fledged video which is a compilation of all the funny insults collectively pelted by the Hound over seven seasons of GoT.

In the last few episodes of the seventh season that just concluded, fans went crazy over the low key bond that started forming between the Hound and Tormund. The entire frozen lake set piece was testament to that!

Hey @HBO, can one of those #GameOfThrones spinoff please just be Tormund and the Hound traveling around Westeros talking?  PLEASE? pic.twitter.com/zUiuSA54nA

Caught up with Game of Thrones, and I’ll just be sitting here waiting for the Hound and Tormund spin-off series, please and thank you.

HBO is actually open to the spinoff and talks around five spin offs in regard to ‘Game Of Thorns’ have already started.

These fan theories are never ending, I tell you. But we can never get enough of them, so brilliant some of them are. Looks like beside George RR Martin, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, there are thousands of other brilliant writers secretly toiling hard over the scripts in their studies. And sometimes, their hard work produces some of the most mind-boggling GOT theories ever. We think even George RR Martin would be amused by some.

This Fan Theory Explains The Night King's Evil Game Plan And It's More Sly Than You Thought © HBO

Winter has officially arrived in the show and it’s going to be a battle between the alive and the dead. So far we know that the Night King has brought along the army of the undead through the Wall, thanks to Daenerys’ dragon. The massive army will kill ruthlessly and ordinary mortals will be helpless against their ice swords. But that it is not all. It could never be so simple in GOT.

This Fan Theory Explains The Night King's Evil Game Plan And It's More Sly Than You Thought © HBO

A Reddit user who goes by the handle ‘twerkmileyyy’ has a crazy theory in place. And it sounds way too legit to ignore. He charts the predicted itinerary of the White Walkers and believes they are headed towards God’s Eye. The Isle of Faces is a lake that is found at God’s Eye and it’s the place where the Children of the Forest and the First Men made a pact of peace. Among the many magical properties of this place is the gift of eternal life.

This Fan Theory Explains The Night King's Evil Game Plan And It's More Sly Than You Thought© Reddit/twerkmileyy

The Redditor believes that the Night King has greensight because he could even see Bran when the latter had warged into another time and place. The Night King has foreseen that the Isle of Faces can bestow life and he hopes to induce life into his undead army and create an entire kingdom for himself.

So, basically, this means the Night King, after defeating the mortals from the Seven kingdoms, plans to raise his army from the dead and establish a reign of his own. Surely it’s no fun to rule over dead people. This is also probably why the undead army formed the Stark sigil while marching through the Wall – the Night King was originally a Stark and he plans to rule as part of the Stark clan.

This Fan Theory Explains The Night King's Evil Game Plan And It's More Sly Than You Thought © HBO

Now it’s only a theory and raising an entire army from the undead is too far-fetched even from GOT standards, but (and there’s a huge but) the Night King could also only raise just a few Wights and White Walkers at the Isle of Faces. Only as much as he needs by his side to rule the Seven kingdoms, and that includes the Ice Dragon as well. A sly pact with Cersei could also be a possibility that cannot be ruled out.

Guess it will all turn out to be a war amongst humans only then. And that is scarier than the undead.

‘Game Of Thrones’ season 7 is over and so is our motivation and excitement to look forward to Mondays. While, most of us are still hung over the last episode, rejoicing Littlefinger’s death, grinning about Jon and Dany taking  incest to another level, and dreaming about the wight dragon Viserion crumbling The Wall, there’s one guy who went a step ahead and created something unimaginable and exceptionally brilliant to say the least. No we are not talking about any new fan theory; it is a new mashup aka cover that has now become internet’s favourite child.

‘Game Of Thrones' & Taylor Swift ‘Look What you Made Me Do' Mash Up© HBO

Taylor Swift recently released her latest, as people are calling it, revenge anthem ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ from her upcoming album ‘Reputation’ and since then people have officially lost their sh*t. While we were looking forward to covers of this epic song, we barely imagined someone to painstakingly go through each and every episode of Game of Thrones to create a mashup of this song. Let us all bow down to this YouTuber Matthijs Vlot, who edited the video with such perfection that we are kind of hooked to this version now, more than the original one.

If Arya Stark and Olenna Tyrell saying “I don’t like you” does not give you Goosebumps, we wonder what can. In fact, many were quick to give Swift’s song a Westeros spin, calling it a song that’s most suited for Arya Stark, given how vengeful she is. This guy also made Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Cersei Lannister, Arya Stark, Sansa Stark, and Olenna Tyrell, sing this revenge anthem better than Taylor Swift and for this he deserves all the respect in the world.

Well, it’s a known fact that the fan following of ‘Game of Thrones’ spreads across all seven continents. People from different countries and languages are ardent followers of the HBO hit show. And we don’t need to give you thousands of reasons as to why show such a huge hit. It’s bloody amazing!

We can definitely say that it is one of the most watched shows in the world and every news or update about it goes viral within no time.

Conan Stevens(c) HBO

When we learned that GOT had an Indian connection, we couldn’t contain our happiness. From costumes to VFX, there were a lot of things where our people were involved in making of the show which is pretty epic if you think about it. But we bet none of knew that the show also had a Bollywood connection.

Don’t be surprised, but did you know Australian actor Conan Stevens, who was seen playing the character of Gregor ‘The Mountain’ Clegane shares a Bollywood bond with us? The man has done three Bollywood films and shared screen space with Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan. What’s astonishing is all this took place while we had no clue about it.

Stevens has played Asura in ‘Drona’, Joey in ‘Chandini Chowk to China’ and also the fighter Luca in ‘Brother’.

Recently in an Interview with Hindustan Times, he shared his experience working in Hindi films. He talked how he is a huge fan of Hindi films even before he started working in them.

Asura Drona(c) Twitter

When asked about his favourite films, he mentioned Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Black’ and said, “I had seen Amitabh in movies before but never really recognised him. Black was the first modern movie I saw him in, and wow! I know it did not do too well in cinemas but what a great movie. Very well received by the critics and rightly so. I think this movie raised international expectations of Hindi films from a mad rush to marry with song and dance erupting out of nowhere to that India can produce very serious dramatic films.”

Canon_Chandini chowk To China(c) Twitter

He also mentioned how he enjoyed watching ‘D-Day’, ‘Bhootnath’, ‘Ghajini’, ‘Ra.One’ and ‘Om Shanti Om’.

He also believes that Indian actors are very hard working and give everything it takes to play a role. He shared, “The stars of Indian cinema seem to take the job on as more than a job, it seems to me that they try to live as large as the roles they play. They sing and dance, do their own stunt work, they really take it upon themselves to work as hard as they possibly can at being the role model they pretend to be onscreen. And all whom I have met are absolute gentlemen in the traditional English sense. It really has been a pleasure to work with everyone I have so far met, and I must admit I have learned and do try to emulate them in this way.”

Conan Stevens(c) Youtube

When asked about the difference between Bollywood and Hollywood he gave a mind-blowing answer, “In India, reality is too close so when we go to the movies we want to escape reality, in the West they are so removed from reality that that is what they want to see in movies.”

Well, true that, Conan. We hope to see you in more Hindi films soon!!

In terms of ratings, this season of ‘Game of Thrones’ may be coming off its biggest year ever, but the hit series has also broken records for piracy this year.

MUSO, a piracy monitoring firm reported that the seventh season of the HBO hit drama has been illegally watched more than one billion times, or about 140 million times per episode. Wow, that’s a lot.

GoT Season 7 Was Pirated More Than A Billion Times

In contrast to that, HBO reported only an average of 32 million viewers who watched each episode of the seventh season via legal viewing. However, it is important to note that this number only accounts for the show’s audience In USA and doesn’t include the audience that watch through HBO’s other authorized networks.

But, this season’s illicit sharing was most certainly boosted by the two episodes that leaked online before their release date. But surprisingly, both of the leaks weren’t because of the result of the much-publicized hack of the company, where hackers threatened to release GoT episodes in the press.

GoT Season 7 Was Pirated More Than A Billion Times

Instead, both of the episodes were leaked from HBO’s overseas operations, and in one of the cases, reportedly four people have been arrested in India. Either way, MUSO’s CEO and Co-Founder Andy Chatterley told TorrentFreak that the leaks boosted the piracy — noting, for example, the leaked sixth episode was pirated more times than the season finale.

But, the majority of the piracy was not through the traditional file-sharing torrents, but rather from sites hosting posting unauthorized streaming video of the episodes.

GoT Season 7 Was Pirated More Than A Billion Times

Even after HBO’s considerable efforts to reduce the piracy of the show, it just seems to increase. HBO usually makes new episodes available worldwide on the same day and even launched a standalone streaming service (HBO Now) that doesn’t require a cable subscription.

The 8th and the last season of ‘Game of Thrones’ will come out in 2 years and there will be tons of fan theories till then. The 7th season just wrapped up and there are already insane theories floating around. From who will die in the next season to whether Tyrion will betray Daenerys, there’s no end to the things you can speculate about. But what do you when a GOT actor himself comes up with a possible spoiler? You don’t ignore this one. This time it’s actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister, who has dropped a major bomb on us.

The 7th season ended with Jaime Lannister finally abandoning Cersei after she revealed her dark side yet again. He is most probably heading North to join the Stark and Targaryen sides against the White Walkers. Of course, we are expecting an epic battle between the army of the dead and allies of the seven kingdoms. There will be deaths, a lot of them.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, while talking to Esquire, said there could be a lot many main characters walking as Wights. While we did expect a lot of deaths from both the camps, we were not ready to witness main characters as blue-eyed Wights. Not after Viserion.

“The fear is that I would be turned into one of those undead. That would suck. You know some of the main characters are going to get turned. There are going to be some blue-eyed main characters running around. And, god, I hope it’s not me. That’s three hours of make-up in the morning. I know that if David Benioff and Dan Weiss read this, they’ll go, “Oh, yes we will.”

We wonder which characters would be seen fighting as part of the army of the undead. We have Thoros of Myr who was killed on Jon Snow’s suicide mission beyond the Wall. Benjen Stark could be dead too, thanks to Jon Snow. Considering the army of the dead is through the Wall now, Tormund could be dead too. He’d look absolutely menacing as a Wight. So would Hodor.

Let’s take a stock of characters who could die beyond the Wall in the next season:

Jorah Mormount – The friend-zoned lover, the man with a broken heart, ever so loyal to the woman he loves, Jorah is the perfect choice for a heartbreaking death.

The Hound – He has had too long a run and without a fight too. We have a feeling he’ll go down fighting till his last breath and come back as a Wight. When he left for King’s Landing and Tormund bids him farewell, his response is ‘Fuckin no.” Ominous much?

One of the Stark sisters – Theories about the death of one of the Stark sisters Arya and Sansa have been abound. As a faceless assassin, Arya would be deadly as a Wight if the White Walkers actually manage to kill her.

Jaime Lannister – Who knows Jaime himself might be destined for a life beyond the Wall. Now that he is estranged from his sister and has left his home for good, he could end up dead on the other side, or undead as you’d call it.
