One of the star-kid, who blew away the audience with her amazing fashion choices and clothing, is Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan‘s daughter, Suhana Khan. She is undoubtedly the next generation beauty. Suhana has got the looks, style and carries it with panache. The diva-in-making attended a wedding function in Delhi and mesmerised everyone with her attire, style, and confidence.

The 17-year-old was a vision in an exquisite sage green lehenga, hand-embroidered with silken threads and accents of crystals by Monisha Jaising. For one of the occasions, Suhana opted for a floral white lehenga and flower jewellery by Seema Khan, thus looking vibrant and exotic at the same time. Staying glamorous by not over-doing the make-up is still a deal to crack, which the teenager has cleverly cracked. The perfectly tailored traditional wear did wonders to accentuate her look. If we analyse Suhana’s fashion appearances, she’s never given the fashion police the chance to use their strict wands.

Recently, the amazing mother-daughter duo attended a party at the Cirque Le Soir club in Delhi. Being the celebrity interior designer that she is, Gauri Khan designed the luxurious sets for the Cirque Le Soir club. Suhana Khan looked resplendent in her off-shoulder black trail dress paired with formal shorts. Gauri, too, looked chic in her camouflage jacket and pants, paired with white stilettos.

Gauri Khan took to her Instagram account and shared a picture of Suhana with her friend. She captioned the picture, “All grown up .. young adults (sic).”

Talking about Suhana foraying in Bollywood, daddy Shah Rukh Khan had once said that they were free to choose their line of work, but only after completing their education.

When Shah Rukh Khan danced to ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ at a party

Shah-Rukh-Khan-houseTuesday night saw most of Bollywood turn up at a new Indian restaurant designed by Gauri Khan in Bandra, to bring in a leading Bollywood publicist and talent manager’s birthday.

Though we walked in late, post midnight, and missed the cutting of the cake, we managed to spot familiar faces like Shilpa Shetty, a very cool looking Jackie Shroff (dressed in a leather jacket with his trademark sunglasses on), Sushant Singh Rajput, who appeared particularly energetic surrounded by many a lissome lass around the bar, along with Nawazuddin Siddique, Sonu Sood, Bipasha Basu, Preity Zinta and what has become the lietmotif of such gatherings: a slew of ladies in LBDs like Kanika Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari and Kriti Sanon, along with a handful of non-filmy folk like Baba Siddiqui, Suhel Seth and Shalini Sharma.

But everything stopped when a haggard, (but in a nice way) pony-tailed slight figure slipped into the party’s wee hours. It was SRK; flaunting his (post Jab Harry Met Sejal?) distressed look. The actor, who we met at the bar, soon proceeded to a corner of the restaurant and occupied a table, on which he was ensconced for the rest of the time while one by one guests queued up to greet the Badshah.

But all it took was the resident DJ to put on ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’, and before you could say twinkle toes, the superstar was on his feet, recreating his famous moves on the train top to the delight of all. And from then, there was no stopping him. His latest hit track ‘Phurr’ produced by the famous international artist Diplo had him demonstrating the courage of his convulsions with gusto. Some Tuesday night!

Is Gauri Khan insecure of seeing SRK romance on screen?

Shah Rukh Khan, who is known as the King of Romance, has revealed that his wife Gauri Khan does not feel insecure seeing him romance onscreen.

The 51-year-old actor, who was present at the song launch of ‘Hawayein’, was asked if his wife Gauri Khan ever felt insecure with him romancing his leading ladies onscreen.

To which he replied, “After seeing me throw a woman in Baazigar, she never asked me anything.”

However, he added that it was meant to be a joke and one must not take it seriously.

When asked if he was a romantic husband in real life, SRK said, “I am shy to talk about this but I am a good company, I can make you smile, laugh, listen to what you say.”

The movie revolves around Harry, a tourist guide who is perhaps unaware of what he is seeking and Sejal played by Anushka Sharma, a Gujarati girl who refuses to budge till she finds her lost ring. With this as the premise, the movie traces their journey amidst various locations.

Helmed by Imtiaz Ali, the movie is all set to release on August 4.

Shah Rukh Khan summoned by ED in IPL FEMA violation case

SRKThe Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday issued notice to actor Shah Rukh Khan, asking him to appear on August 23 in a foreign exchange violation adjudication case with alleged undervaluation of shares linked with his Kolkata Knight Riders team in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

ED sources said that the notice has been sent to the actor. Khan can present his version personally or through his lawyer before the special director of the ED.

“We will hear what he has to say,” confirmed a senior ED official.

Earlier in March this year, ED had sent a show-cause notice to the actor, his wife Gauri Khan, actress Juhi Chawla in this regard.

According to the ED, M/s. Red Chillies Enterprises Pvt. Ltd (RCEPL) formed a special purpose vehicle M/s. Knight Riders Sports Pvt. Ltd. (KRSPL) in 2008 for the purpose of acquiring IPL franchise rights of the cricket team named Kolkatta Knight Riders.

RCEPL, a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Red Chillies International Ltd., Bermuda, is a company owned by SRK and Gauri Khan.

Initially, the entire shareholding of KRSPL was with Red Chillies and Gauri Khan. After the success of IPL, about two crore additional shares were issued by KRSPL out of which 50 lakh shares were issued to The Sea Island Investment Ltd. (TSIIL), Mauritius and 40 lakh shares were issued to Juhi Chawla. These shares were allotted at a par value of Rs10 whereas the actual value of these shares was much higher.

According to ED, Juhi Chawla subsequently sold her 40 lakhs shares to M/s. TSIIL, Mauritius at the par value of Rs10. Thus, M/s. TSIIL was issued 90 lakhs shares at par value while the actual cost of share at the time of issue/sale was ranging between Rs 86 to Rs 99 per share. This has resulted in loss of foreign exchange to the extent of Rs 73.6 crore the government, the ED had claimed.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan feels earlier his family used to feel awkward by the paparazzi culture, but now they consider it a part of their lives. He says his family has sold their souls for photographs.

“(Being photographed is) the part of stardom that we all have accepted…I think everybody in this day and age is fair game. We’ve sold our souls for selfies,” Shah Rukh told CNN-News18.

Shah Rukh, who is married to Gauri Khan, has three children — Aryan, Suhana and AbRam.

In a video gone viral last month, Suhana, 17, looked helpless and uncomfortable as she tried to hide her face and turns around to escape shutterbugs while she waited for the doors of an elevator to open at a theatre’s basement.

“I think the kids started feeling awkward with all the paraphernalia. Every time I go out in a public place, I don’t take them with me. My wife doesn’t come, my children don’t come. I go to functions alone or post they have gone,” Shah Rukh said.

To avoid such occasions, Shah Rukh said he made few adjustments for his family.

“Some adjustments have to be made…one of them was that I sent them abroad to study. Not because of the scrutiny, but because they were feeling a little awkward with all the attention they have,” Shah Rukh said.

“I’m happy they’ve gone. Where they’re studying, to a large extent people don’t know me. (But) I’m Okay with them being photographed.

“I understand photographs (need) to be taken, I’ve explained it to my kids also that listen, if photographers come, stand, do the picture and say it, ‘Please can I go now?’ And they’ll listen to you. I’ve known them for 25 years,” he added.

Shah Rukh says his children feel that being “photographed doesn’t make you important.”

“More often than not they’ll tell me how to behave with the paparazzi. They’ll say, ‘Papa, now don’t lose your temper. There will be too many people.’ I think they’re quite mature about it,” he said.
