Although Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma opted for a secret hush-hush wedding, the news of this power couple tying the knot stirred a gigantic storm across the whole world, which does not seem to die down anytime soon.

Ever since the couple ‘Virushka’ officially confirmed their wedding on Twitter, their wedding and engagement pictures have been flooding the Internet; and no matter how many times we look at them, we just can’t get enough of this couple and their dream wedding in Tuscany, Italy.

The couple’s social media accounts are flooded with wishes from their fans, and amidst those wishes and gifts, there was one that especially touched our hearts. That special wedding gift was from none other than Sudarshan Pattnaik, the internationally acclaimed sand artist who has never failed to impress us with his impeccable sand artwork at Odisha’s Puri Beach. The Padma Shri Awardee, Pattnaik, dedicated this amazing sand sculpture to Indian Cricket team’s Captain Virat Kohli and ‘Sultan’ actress Anushka Sharma.

The man who earlier gave us ‘Ex-Machina’, memories of which are still fresh in our minds, in back in action with yet another intriguing sci-fi fantasy thriller ‘Annihilation’ starring Natalie Portman. Although we never had any doubts about Alex Garland’s directorial prowess, after this trailer we are confirmed that there is no one in this world who can match up with Garland’s creative ingenuity. Or maybe they can, given how this movie shares striking resemblance with ‘Contact’.

‘Annihilation’ is based on the novel of the same name by Jeff VanderMeer, and features Natalie Portman as a biologist, who sets out on a mission to find out what happened with her seriously ill husband and what’s hidden on the other side of a mysterious and mesmerizing boundary. Portman is then joined by four other women and together they try to discover the bizarre place and run for safety at the same time.

What’s worse than going inside an unknown surreal world and finding yourself trapped there? Being welcomed by and stuck with creatures that will stop at nothing to feast on you. Those women realize this in the most bloodcurdling way after they find out that it’s not any regular place and even the plants and animals are weirdly mutated. When we say weird, we mean a crocodile that has teeth like shark.

Natalie Portman who is known for her roles in movies like ‘Black Swan’ and ‘V for Vendetta’ plays a badass biologist, who goes to extreme lengths to find the mystery behind that Area X and why are they trying to harm the humanity. She totally had our attention in the first few seconds of the trailer, when she shot down mutated creatures, without batting an eyelid.

At an age when kids meet new people and make friends at school, Tennessee middle schooler, Keaton Jones is afraid to go to class or even go for lunch. Reason? Because Keaton was constantly bullied by other kids at school. Keaton’s mother, Kimberly recently posted a heart-wrenching video, where Keaton broke down in tears while narrating the pain of being bullied at school.

In the video, Keaton talks about how other kids poured milk on him during lunch, threw food on his clothes, and mocked him for being who he was. Why? What joy does anyone get by bullying someone? Even as kids, mocking or targeting someone is not okay.

Keaton’s mother Kimberly shared this message along with the video, “My kids are by no stretch perfect, and at home, he’s as all boy as they come, but by all accounts he’s good at school. Talk to your kids. I’ve even has friends of mine tell me kids were only nice to him to get him to mess with people. We all know how it feels to want to belong, but only a select few know how it really feels not to belong anywhere.”

Ever since the video surfaced, Keaton has found enormous support from across the world, with more and more people using the hashtag “standwithkeaton” to stand in solidarity with him. Especially our Hollywood actors and celebrities are going all out to support Keaton.

The line-up of guests was pretty impressive and these pictures are proof that Bollywood sure knows how to party, be it on-screen or in real life.

The party was reportedly hosted by Rani and Aditya Chopra at the Yash Raj Studios on Saturday evening. From Shah Rukh Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan to Karan Johar, everyone attended the birthday with their kids and instantly gave us a rush nostalgia of how we used to celebrate birthdays as kids.

Our parents too used to accompany us at our friend’s birthday bash and interact with other parents while we stuffed our mouths with whatever cake was left on the table.

If you are an avid fan of manga, then the name Yukito Kishiro, will most definitely not sound alien to you. Japanese manga artist, Kishiro, needs no introduction. After all, he is the man who gave us classics like ‘Kikai’ and ‘Battle Angel Alita’. If you are still scratching your heads wondering what’s so special about the ones mentioned above or what is manga in the first place, trust me folks, you are missing out on one of the best things in the world.

Don’t worry guys, Hollywood has decided to take care of the former part, i.e. introducing you to one of Kishiro’s critically acclaimed manga series, by turning it into a movie adaptation. With the names like James Cameron and Robert Rodriguez associated with it, we can already imagine how kickass the movie is going to be. In fact, this bomb of a trailer dropped by 20th Century Fox proves that we are not wrong.

Set in the 26th century, this movie revolves around Alita, an amnesiac female cyborg, who was rescued from a scrapyard by Dr. Ido (played by Christoph Waltz). Alita has no memory of her past or why she is so special. How she eventually unravels her past, while beating the shit out of vicious criminals and evil forces, weaves the rest of the story.Don’t get deceived by her looks. She might look like a doll or a harmless cyborb, but her badassery shows how deadly this woman can be for her enemies.

Had it been an animated movie, we would not have raised our eyebrows or felt weird about our protagonist’s facial features – particularly her haunting eyes. Honestly, throughout the trailer it was very hard to look away from her eyes, not because it was love at first sight or something, but because they were unimaginably BIG. Let’s give a shout out to the VFX team of this movie, who turned a real life actress into a spitting image of an animated character.

We couldn’t believe our eyes either and would have continued considering her an animated character, had we not come across the credits. The character of Alita (who looks like an anime character) is played by Rosa Salazar, who was made to look like a cyborg, thanks to the use CGI. Maybe, it’s an intentional choice to remind people throughout the movie that she is not human.

Well, at least Salazar was in safe hands and not the ones who spent $25 million to airbrush Henry Superman Cavill’s moustache that made him look like Shrek’s white brother.

Robert Rodriguez, who has earlier given us classics like ‘Sin City’, ‘Machete’, ‘Spy Kids’ and ‘From Dusk till Dawn’, will put on the director’s hat for this project that has been in talks for more than a decade now. James Cameron, who was earlier helming the movie before taking up ‘Avatar’, will now take on the role of the producer.

‘Alita: Battle Angel’ also stars Eiza Gonzalez, Jennifer Connelly, Michelle Rodriguez, Mahershala Ali and Casper Van Dien. The bug-eyed…sorry…we mean ‘big-eyed’ heroine is coming to blow yours minds away on July 20, 2018.

In the past few days, many of our favourite cricketers have tied the nuptial knot and their pictures have set the internet on fire.

While we still haven’t recuperated from all the hotness that we saw at Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge’s reception, cricketers were already set to have a gala time at Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s reception.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who got married to Nupur Nagar in a private ceremony on November 23, hosted a grand reception party at the Taj Hotel in Delhi on Tuesday. From Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma to Ravindra Jadeja and Cheteshwar Pujara, most of his teammates gathered, all decked up to wish the couple.
