You know what’s the best thing ever? When these big, tough looking guys just turn out to be the most lovable people. Like they can knock you out with one punch but are also so damn sweet and nice at the same time. 

The one person who flawlessly fits this criteria is obviously The Rock. If you follow him on Instagram – you probably do, the guy has like over 100 million followers – you know he not only makes us laugh, he also inspires millions on people with his captions.

Happy Mother’s Day to my main squeeze @laurenhashianofficial, holding my little main squeeze, Jasmine Lia, who’s holding my tiniest main squeeze, Tiana Gia – both our daughter’s middle names are in honor of their great grandmothers, Lia and Giavanna. Managing an ever growing staff of family employees across the country. Picking up the ENTIRE FAMILY, STAFF AND DOG and moving to multiple locations AROUND THE WORLD, throughout the year because of my filming and production schedule. All while continuing to build an amazing career as a music and song writer/producer. As an artist and businessman myself, I recognize how incredibly hard this part is of her job is. She’s a brilliant visionary storyteller and lyrically gifted – all qualities that are hard to tap into when you’re managing this nonstop life of ours. But she does it like a brilliant bad ass. And here’s the best part and the thing I’m most proud of… Lauren does it all with a big genuine smile and is truly, the kindest and sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. People tell me all time after they spend time with her, “Lauren’s the nicest person I have ever met”. I always say, “Yes she is and being nice runs in our family… and so does kicking ass, so don’t ever get on her bad side” Lol. 8. Such good talks. 

Its Labor Day. One of my favorite holidays as we celebrate the blue collar American worker and their contributions to our country thru labor and sweat. In the spirit of Labor Day, I had an amazing philosophical conversation w/ my baby girl about the value of hard work and how respect is given when it’s earned. I told her, “Baby girl when you grow up, you get out there and dent the universe thru hard work and sweat. And always make sure you do it in a positive way with class, dignity and respect”. The two biggest takeaways from the ‘Sanju’ trailer that came out a couple of days ago were that– Ranbir Kapoor is a freaking incredible actor, and he took method acting to a whole another level by basically just becoming Sanjay Dutt. I literally couldn’t get over how much Ranbir not only looked like him but also sounded exactly like him. Christian Bale is shook.

Ever since the news about this movie dropped, everyone became familiar with Ranbir’s transformation into Sanjay and how he totally immersed himself in the role to get it perfect, and going by the trailer, it’s so accurate it’s kind of uncanny.

Following the release of the trailer, people are comparing the different looks of Ranbir with the actual inspiration – Sanjay Dutt – and well, you just have to see the pictures for yourself to know how much effort this guy actually put in this movie.

It’s not really a good idea to look up to celebrities; after all, they are also human and idolizing them is kind of not okay, but there are always exceptions to the rule.
