“Kartik, unfortunately, has been a bit under the weather of late. Despite his foot injury he has been working non-stop and committing to his hectic work schedules. So that day, Kartik decided to stay home and take complete bed rest. Hence, Kartik didn’t step down,” a source close to the actor told MensXP.
