Salman Says 'Race 3' Being Trolled Doesn't Count As Trolling & His Explanation Is Pure Gold

While the whole world is busy trolling ‘Race 3’ for every reason imaginable, Salman Khan, on the other hand, is trying his best not to give two hoots about it. Or at least, we can say is doing a good job of pretending that he doesn’t give a damn (though he keeps coming up with fresh comebacks).

From the trailer to the movie’s latest song ‘Selfish’, everything related to ‘Race 3’ is turning into an instant target for the Tweeple. And once again, Salman tried to hit back at the trolls, but miserably failed at it…AGAIN! Before we tell you what he said this time, let us give you a quick recap of the ‘Race 3’ meme drama so far.

1. It all started with Daisy Shah’s dialogue “our business is our business, none of your business” from the trailer, which instantly became fodder for memesters on the prowl. (Well, it was funny).

2. Obviously, Bhai couldn’t just sit and watch Daisy taking the heat and then proceeded to show some ‘bhaigiri’, which only spurred the trolls!

3. The Mumbai Police also couldn’t resist and joined the “none of your business” meme brigade, rocking it like always.

4. Then came the song of the year ‘Selfish’ written by the immensely talented Salman Khan himself. A moment of silence for all those who heard the song right till the end.

Honestly, people are showing no signs of stopping to troll ‘Race 3’ and clearly, Salman is losing it. Recently at a press conference of his upcoming reality show ‘Dus Ka Dum’, he was asked by a reporter as to how he feels about the heavy backlash. To which he counter questioned, “Are you trolling it?”

The journalist answered “a lot of people are.” To which Salman responded saying, “Those guys with one or two followers? That’s trolling? Who’s controlling that trolling, you know? No? How sad. When guys with one, two, three, four followers troll, it isn’t trolling.”

Umm….no sir! Trolling is trolling, no matter what the source is and irrespective of the number of ‘followers’ a person has. Let’s try and calm down a little shall we, Bhai?

At the event, he was also humming the ‘Selfish’ song and then tried to make a joke saying, “Hello, hi, how are you? This song is also written by me. It hasn’t been released. It will be released soon and then get trolled.”

Anyway, keeping the jokes aside, ‘Race 3’ is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Directed by Remo D’Souza, the movie will hit theatres on June 15.

The 90-second clip introduces us to the superstar as the champion of the masses. The gangster-drama brings Kaala Karikaalan, who’s everyone’s favourite in the Dharavi slum.

After his last movie ‘Kabali’, Rajinikanth is back donning the gangster avatar effortlessly, proving that he is the king indeed, and no one can take that title away from him.

We also see the amazing Nana Patekar as the corrupt politician, who will go to any lengths to get what he wants and anyone who dares to oppose him…will be exterminated. Kaala finds his nemesis in Nana, and we can expect a glorious showdown between the two.

It’s amazing to see the two incredible actors sharing the same screen space. Rajinikanth and Nana being pitted against each other…what more can a movie buff ask for? It goes without saying that it will be an ultimate battle of power that you just can’t miss.

Set in the backdrop of Mumbai, the trailer has already gone viral and believe us, it has plenty of whistle-worthy dialogues. We also see Huma Qureshi making a small cameo.

Directed by Pa Ranjith, the movie also stars Sampath and Samuthirakani in key roles. Touted as one of the biggest Tamil movies, it is set for a worldwide release on June 7.

One just cannot deny the fact that we are still reeling from the ‘Avengers’ hangover and can’t get closure around the massive loss that we witnessed in the film.
