Anything involving cute lil doggos is always adorable, but when you add none other than Tom Hardy to the mix, then you have something incredibly special. It turns out that when Tom Hardy is not giving Oscar worthy performances and getting hilarious tattoos after losing bets to his famous BFFs, he’s busy irritating his cute little pets. See, celebrities are just as weird as us when it comes to their pets, that feels a little satisfying, not gonna lie.

The best video to have ever existed has Tom Hardy performing some lines of his character as Bane from ‘Batman’ for his dog while wearing a jockstrap on his face. Wow, wasn’t that wild from start to finish? The only thing that elevates the video even more is his dog’s expression at the end. It’s like he’s trying to say “this human is supposed to be smarter than me? Really?”

The actor, who played the infamous Batman villain in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, which came out six years ago, decided to record himself perform for the only one that mattered – his adorable pupper.

Reciting his famous Bane lines to his pup while they lay on his bed, he said, “You think darkness is your ally? I was born in the dark, molded by it…” That is cool as it is, but just the fact that he used a jockstrap as a makeshift Bane makes the whole thing so much better. Just imagine the movie but instead of that fancy and expensive mask, they just use a freaking jockstrap. I would honestly pay a lot of money to watch it.

The clip is apparently from 2016, but has recently gone viral again, because well, just look at it. The completely uninterested doggo in the video is his beloved Labrador Woody, who sadly passed away last year.
In an emotional post following his death, he wrote, “To the bestest friend ever. To me and to a family who loved him beyond words and whom he loved, without doubt, more than I have ever known. Woody was the bestest of journey companions we ever could dream of having. Our souls intertwined forever.”
I’m personally very glad that the video is doing the rounds again because everyone needs this kind of positivity in their lives.
