Messaging platform founder Kavin Mittal seems to have caught Alia’s eye

Even before rumours of her liking for ‘Brahmastra’ co-star Ranbir Kapoor manage to gather steam, it appears that Alia Bhatt has found love elsewhere. Hike Messenger founder Kavin Mittal, son of billionaire entrepreneur Sunil Mittal, is speculated to have caught her attention. Mittal and Bhatt first met at the World Economic Forum held in October 2017.

The brightest minds in their respective businesses, the duo was summoned to address the crowd, and eventually grew a liking for one another. Sources close to the actor say Mittal is the first person she turns to for help. “They want to take time to let their friendship evolve. Given their commitments, they see little of each other. But it’s certainly a friendship that can go a long way.” The source adds that the duo hasn’t been spotted together since “they don’t want to make a public statement yet”.
