'Ocean's 8' Trailer Has Sandra Bullock & Co. Pulling Off An Unbelievable Heist Like Never Before

When you have names like Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter and Rihanna all rolled into one mega movie, you don’t even need to doubt the awesomeness that lies in store for you. The trailer for ‘Ocean’s 8’ is finally here and sweet Lord, the stellar cast is enough to bring you down to your knees.

The first trailer of the movie had left many with their mouths watering for more, and now the second trailer has left everyone quivering with excitement for what’s to come. With just a few weeks away from its release, the latest trailer shows us the main plot of the story and it is a promising one.

The video establishes the iconic Sandra Bullock as Debbie Ocean, yeah she is the incarcerated and estranged sister of Danny Ocean (George Clooney) and introduces us to her gang of bad girls.

And what are they up to? No, no. It is not yet another casino or some rich dude they want to rip off but they plan on robbing the freaking Met Gala! Clearly, these ladies don’t think like mere, mortal thieves. However, it is their elaborate planning and preparation to pull of the heist which is such a roller coaster to witness.

You have Blanchett, who is totally impressed by Debbie’s determination. Her plan is risky, almost impossible but she makes anything sound like a walk in the park. There is a lot on the plate and each and every team member has a particular set of skills, which will help them in pulling this off.

And the biggest highlight is Rihanna, who plays the character “9 Ball”. To know more about what she is up to, you have got to watch the trailer for yourself!

You also have Hathaway stepping in, and man, are we glad to see her back on the big screen. However, she is gonna ditch her trademark sweet smile and replace it with a diabolical smirk, as she plays the diamond-loving socialite, who seems to NOT be part of the eight. It is still a mystery and we need to wait for it.

Sandra Bullock has never disappointed us so far, and we are sure she does not plan to break her legendary streak of powerhouse performances. ‘Ocean’s 8’ looks like a treat that just can’t be missed and we are on tenterhooks to see how the gang of evil geniuses pull off the biggest heist we have ever seen.

Salman Khan Gets Bail, Set To Walk Out Of Jail In Blackbuck Poaching Case & We're Not Surprised

The news of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan getting convicted and being sentenced to a 5-year jail term in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, was not taken well by his fans and family. The actor had to spend two nights in prison after being found guilty of killing two rare blackbucks in Jodhpur, during the shooting of his movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.

Saturday was Salman’s bail hearing and his fans were beside themselves in anticipation to see what the judge’s ruling would be. Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who heard his bail request today, finally granted ‘Dabangg’ Khan bail with a bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of Rs. 25,000 each, giving relief to many out there.

The case also involved his co-actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam Kothari and Sonali Bendre, who were acquitted by the Jodhpur sessions court on Thursday.

In the hearing, that took place for almost an hour, the prosecution spoke about the post-mortem report and credibility of the witnesses and also stressed on the post-mortem reports, which emphasised that the blackbucks had gunshot wounds.

However, Salman’s lawyers asserted that only the bones of the animals had been sent for the post-mortem and not the skin, which could make a significant difference. Also, they argued that the witnesses against him were not reliable.

At present, in Rajasthan, the annual reshuffling of judges is taking place, due to which Judge Joshi had put the case on hold as he thoroughly wanted to go through the details before taking a decision. Judge Joshi is being replaced with Chandra Kumar Songara now. Coincidence?

This was the fourth time that the actor was in Jodhpur prison. He has spent a total of 20 days now in the jail, including his stint in 1998, 2006, 2007 and this time.

What’s left to see is how the proceeding of this case will take place and for how long will it be dragged on, before eventually being tossed aside.

Interestingly, the details of what happened exactly on that fateful night are not clear, as many facts remain hidden from the public. While Salman has been accused of being the one to pull the trigger and kill the blackbucks, there is now another side to story never heard before.

We came across an interview of Salman Khan, which was taken a few years ago, where he went on-record and narrated exactly what happened on the night of October 2, 1998.

During the time Salman, along with Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam were shooting for ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai’.

Giving details in an interview with a news channel Salman said, “We were shooting for Hum ‘Saath Saath Hain’, when the police came, took us in custody and we went with them,” as quoted by tellychakkar.com.

“There was a post-mortem on those blackbucks. It stated – one buck died of overeating while the other fell off a wall, broke its leg and was eaten by a dog. This was the first post-mortem report examined by Dr. Nepalia on the second (a day after the death of the bucks),” he added.

“11 days later the animals were re-examined. The animals that were buried were removed and they did a second post-mortem, something which never happens even in the case of human begins. The second post-mortem report said it was ‘probably’ a gunshot,” Salman stated.

Salman also stated that the blood marks that were found on his car were considered as one of the prime evidence. However, it was of his dance director Jay Borade who was injured.

Amitabh Bachchan, despite his age, is no stranger to the world of social media, and his Twitter account is proof of how active the man is. From sharing his thoughts, to updating his fans with his current happenings to even taking us all on a walk down memory lane, Big B has smashed the myth of old people not being tech savvy, left right and center.

On Thursday, Mr. Bachchan got stuck in some mad Mumbai traffic and of course, he had to share his woes with us. The 75-year-old star was stuck in a massive traffic jam for five hours and had an aam aadmi experience.

The actor was travelling from film city to JVPD scheme, Juhu which hardly takes thirty to forty minutes in regular traffic. Taking to his Twitter he wrote, “A 30 min drive… takes 5 hours…! Within no time there were thousands of likes on his tweets expressing both sympathy and empathy. “We feel you,” read one comment. However, there were also a few comments signaling irritation with the actor for complaining about being stuck in traffic, which in reality is a pretty common deal for us regular folks

“Imagine traveling to Juhu on Sundays when you hold fan meets,” read a particularly aggravated tweet and yea, we can feel his ire all the way from here!

Clearly, the fan wasn’t very pleased with the actor complaining about traffic jams and decided to tell him about the problems that many go through every Sunday, when tons of admirers gather on the road just to get a glimpse of Bachchan, which usually results in the blocking of roads and disturbing the traffic routine. Now we wonder, what Amitabh has to say to that?

Understanding Salman Khan can be tough. Of course, the man is a great entertainer who has given us some great movies but at the same time, he is a habitual offender. Often involved in a string of criminal offenses, Salman, court cases and jail go a long way.

You might love him or hate him, but there is no one who can ignore Salman Khan. Some might call him a serial offender while his loyal fans worship the ground he walks upon. Which is why when the Jodhpur court found the actor guilty in the Black Buck poaching case, it was greeted with mixed reactions.

The actor has been sentenced to five years jail in the 1988 case. “Tarik pe tarik”, yeah that’s how much time the Indian justice system takes to decide their verdict. The other four actors who were the co-accused – Sonali Bendre, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, and Neelam – were acquitted of all charges.

The relationship of the 52-year-old actor with the Jodhpur jail goes a long way. In 1998, 2006 and 2007 the actor had spent a total of 18 days in the same jail in those three years, so we guess he is somewhat familiar with the interiors. And what’s even more interesting is that the ‘Dabangg’ star will be in the same jail as Asaram Bapu, the spiritual guru accused of raping a school girl.

The actor has already been escorted to the jail and here are some of the first pictures from the facility!

Anupam Kher Is The Spitting Image Of Ex-PM Manmohan Singh In 'The Accidental Prime Minister'

Anupam Kher is one of those few actors who can strongly move us with his stunning acting. There are very few actors who can effortlessly pull off a role and Anupam is surely one of them.

Well, he just got nominated for a BAFTA for ‘The Boy With The Topknot’ and we are totally rooting for his win. In the meantime, the actor has shared the first look from his upcoming movie and we just can’t get over his on-point resemblance with former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh

The filming of the political drama ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, which is based on a book by Sanjaya Baru, has already started in London. And everyone is looking to see how Anupam will don the role of ex-PM and economist Manmohan Singh.

Last year in June, the makers shared the poster of the film that got a massive response from the fans. The black and white poster showed Anupam in white beard and turban. However, the poster also focused on the silhouette of a woman, which looked a lot like former Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

And now we have got the glimpse of his first look, and we’ve got to agree that he has nailed it. In Manmohan’s trademark blue turban and white kurta, the actor looks like the spitting image of Singh.

The picture brings us three images of him and each one further establishes his character even more. You have a picture of him smiling with folded hands while the other two are of him in office.

Taking to his Twitter, Anupam wrote, “Happy to share my first look of #DrManmohanSingh, India’s Former Prime Minister from the movie #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister directed by #VijayRatnakarGutte & produced by #BohraBrothers. Creative producer is @mehtahansal. Film is based on #SanjayBaru’s book with the same title,” Kher captioned three photos posted on Twitter on Thursday.”

Talking about the film Anupam had previously said, “The opportunity of portraying a contemporary personality like Dr. Manmohan Singh in ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ is an immense challenge for me as an actor. He is part of a 24/7 media era where the world knows his persona minutely. I have been internalising this character for the past few months. I look forward to translating that effort into cinematic reality.”

For those who don’t know, Akshaye Khanna is also playing the vital character of former media advisor to Manmohan Singh, Sanjay Baru. The movie is based on his memoir and Akshaye’s look was shared in March which caught all our eyeballs.

Directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, the film will hit the screens on December 21.
