This is Istanbul’s most prestigious film festival and it surely is a big deal. Ishaan plays the character of a slum dweller in the movie and the lead actress with him is Malvika Mohan.

His Hindi debut, ‘Dhadak’ is scheduled for a July 2018 release and Ishaan has already set the expectation bar super high. He might be associated to nepotism, but he surely has the fine talent which comes with pure hard work.

All of this, however, came into the notice of the good Samaritans at Mumbai Police. The Mumbai Police has issued a ‘challan’ and reprimanded him for causing a ruckus. The tweet asked Varun to take his image of a youth icon seriously.

Varun was quick to revert and accepted his mistake with good humour. He tweeted a prompt apology as well.

After a lot of noise, controversies were created around the whole ‘nepotism’ debate that was stirred between Karan and Kangana Ranaut, and the ace director has tried to defend himself all the time.
