Mumbai: Manasvi Mamgai played one of the three leading ladies in Ajay Devgn starrer “Action Jackson” and now the model-turned-actress wants to work with all three famous Khans – Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir – in a film as their solo heroine.

“I would like to romance all the three Khans. Just as ‘Action Jackson’ has one hero and three heroines, I want to be the solo heroine with all the three Khans romancing me,” said the former beauty queen.

In “Action Jackson”, Ajay romances Manasvi, Sonakshi Sinha and Yami Gautam.

Meanwhile, the 25-year-old stole the limelight for her bold avatar in the film and her dance moves in the song “Gangster Baby”.

When asked her views on this, she said: “Today boldness has become quite a challenge because the question is – We have done exposing, but what next? (Ab exposing ho gaya, what next?)”

“I have done Miss India and a calendar shoot, so wearing a bikini is fine with me,” said Manasvi, who was crowned Femina Miss India in 2010.

New Delhi: After winning music reality show “India’s Raw Star”, Odisha’s Rituraj Mohanty says the victory is just the beginning and that he now wants to pursue playback singing.

“After the show, my focus is on playback singing. Yes Sufi is close to my heart, but before entering the show, I sang around 280 songs that included dubstep, romantic and hard rock. So I am ready to try different things,” Rituraj told IANS after winning the show Sunday.

He is “happy” after the win, but says that he still has “a lot of things to achieve.”

“I will be happier when I will be awarded IIFA and Filmfare trophy,” he said about his ambition.

Coming from a humble background, Rituraj walked away with a Maruti Suzuki Swift, a contract with STAR Plus and a whopping Rs.50 lakh as cash prize. Rituraj says he will use the money for the reconstruction of his mud house.

“In my village, I have a ‘mitti ka ghar’ and I plan to make a new house at the same spot for my parents. And then I will try to invest the money in some good things,” said Rituraj who won the trophy after defeating Darshan Raval from Ahmedabad and Mohit Gaur from Jaipur.

Meanwhile, Rituraj has a wish list.

“I want to work with many people like A.R. Rahman and Ram Sampath, who is my godfather. I also want to touch Lataji’s feet (Mangeshkar),” he said.

He admits his stint in actor Aamir Khan’s show “Satyamev Jayate” with a catchy song “Aam ke aam honge guthliyon ke daam honge” opened doors for him.

“After singing for the show, I got a call from Saibaba Productions. The whole journey was amazing,” he said.

Ask him about the most memorable moment during the journey, and the 26-year-old says the appreciation he got after his first performance holds a special place in his heart.

“Every moment was special, but the positive comments I got after my performance on ‘Galiyan’ is the most memorable. In fact, even after the performance, guests used to request me to sing that song again,” Rituraj said.

New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Mary Kom’ is set for a strong first weekend as within first two days of its release the flick has got an exceptional response considering it’s genre.

After the opening day figures of Rs 8 cr, the biopic witnessed a decent growth and collected Rs 9.75 cr on Saturday taking the two days total to Rs 17.75 cr nett in India.

Released in around 3,000 screens all over, the Omung Kumar directorial is expected to make good business considering it’s also the solo release this week, though it has received mixed response by the critics.

Compared to other women-centric hits released earlier this year namely Queen and Mardaani, Mary Kom’s collection is leading way ahead. Rani Mukerji’s ‘Mardaani’ in its first two days made mere Rs 8.21 cr while Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Queen’ earned just over Rs 5 cr in India. However, Queen became a slow hit in India while it’s still running at overseas.

Being made tax-free by the government of numerous states, Mardaani in its two weeks has made Rs 31.80 cr nett in India as per data collected by a leading daily website Koimoi.

Mary Kom too is helped similarly and since it has a major number of screens counts comparatively, the collection is expected to grow further.

Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Singham Returns, on the other hand, in three weeks has made Rs 140 cr nett in India and is still counting in its fourth week.

Last week’s release ‘Raja Natwarlal’ was already facing a tough competition from earlier releases namely Mardaani and Singham Returns and now it’s completely overshadowed by Pee Cee’s Mary Kom. In its first week, Raja Natwarlal has made only Rs 26 cr which doesn’t even recover its production cost.
