Looks like the photographer wasn’t very pleased with Shahid posting the picture with the fake story that went viral for all the wrong reasons at all. However, Arjun did follow Shahid’s footsteps for a second time and took the picture down.
Last February, Shahid Kapoor shared a picture of an intense Cheetah-deer hunt. The picture within no time went viral and later he was trolled for it. Reason? The picture apparently stated that the photographer went into depression after clicking it.
It’s been a year and now Arjun Rampal has posted the same picture on Instagram and as it is said, history repeats itself. The actor has posted the same story along with it.
“The photographer of this photograph went into depression after this shot. A mother deer and her two kids were being chased by cheetahs. Slowly she slowed down so that her kids could run away. The expression on her face is watching if the kids kept running and were safe. #mothers #love #pureemotions.” Arjun shared and as expected, he was pulled up for stating so.’

“Please be careful what you share. The photographer himself later declared that it wasn’t true” and “that’s a fake story, please don’t circulate such things without knowing the truth, a lot of people follow you”, were a few of the comments posted by the users.
Well, here’s the real story posted by the photographer herself. “The photo with the fake story has been shared hundreds of thousands of times on various social media. I am getting inundated by hundreds and hundreds of messages asking me whether I am the “depressed photographer.” I have been tagged in LinkedIn with the fake story – that’s going to do wonders for my career. What a vile world we live in, full of stupid gullible people spreading #fakestory like crazy.”
