Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra, who forayed into this world with Karan Johar’s ‘Student of The Year’, has posted a deceptive tweet. He has also deleted his profile and cover picture and changed into the colour black, which is usually done in the form of protest against something. His Instagram profile picture has also turned black. The tweet says that he is done. The ‘Gentleman’ actor wrote, “sorry iam done ! (sic)”

Well, the actor has had decent releases in the past with ‘Baar Baar Dekho’, ‘A Gentleman’, ‘Ittefaq’ and the latest one geared up for release is ‘Aiyaary’ with Manoj Bajpayee. Post his film, ‘Ek Villain’ with Shraddha Kapoor, the actor has been struggling to deliver a super-hit film.  The actor is apparently dating actress Alia Bhatt. News of their break-up keeps popping in between but the alleged couple manages to shut their detractors with a joint appearance at a party.

We wonder what triggered this action by Sidharth?

Apart from films, the actor has also plans of joining the steadily growing league of actors wishing to drape the masses in their designs. The actor, we hear, is set to join Shahid Kapoor and Salman Khan in an attempt to revolutionise men’s fashion wear with his line of clothing and accessories. Sources close to Malhotra say that a last round of discussions with the actor are underway. “He will be collaborating with a noted e-commerce site to sell his pieces. Most of them are colourful attires and will be available in a variety of materials. He is sticking to creating casual and party wear as of now,” says the source, adding that the range will also include accessories like belts, sunglasses and cufflinks.

While the source says that an announcement on the line can be expected soon, Malhotra says the developments are in a nascent stage. He is eyeing a date in 2018 to confirm the plan. “It is in progress. I want to give people something stylish and reliable. I haven’t demarcated [the collection] yet,” he says. A pair of red-rimmed sunglasses that attracted attention when he made his debut in Student Of The Year (2012), is also piquing his interest. “I am planning to launch a brand of red sunglasses, inspired by my first look. Maybe within a year, you will see something coming in fashion or tech.”
