Well, we all have gym plans and paying for an annual membership is something we often do. But how many of us seriously focus on fitness and workout routines? How many of us truly make sure to hit the gym every day or at least 5 days a week? While we are still are making plans to hit the gym, Shekhar Suman, at the age of 54, is all ready to put people like us to shame. The actor who is remembered for giving us some laughter dose with his epic shows like ‘Dekh Bhai Dekh’ and ‘Movers & Shakers’ has now decided to give us some major fitness goals. At the age of 54 when most people complain about body pain, joint issues and so on, Shekhar is sweating it out in the gym like never before getting some bulging biceps. His transformation reminds us of passionate bodybuilders who train themselves really hard.
