Ranveer Singh Is So Loyal To Bollywood That He Declined The Offer To Be A Part Of 'Deadpool 2'
The makers of Superhero movies often take famous Bollywood actors for dubbing in the Hindi versions. We have heard Tiger Shroff as Spider-Man, Irrfan Khan as Baloo, Varun Dhawan as Captain America, and there was a huge chance that we could have heard Ranveer Singh as the witty mercenary Deadpool.
Deadpool is known for his ridiculous sense of humor and eccentric personality and if anyone could have pulled off that persona in a Hindi dubbed movie, it would totally have been Ranveer. He has proved time and again that he is one of those rare actors who can literally pull off any character and get into its skin with ease.
The quirky-witty character that was played by Ryan Reynolds was recently offered to Ranveer Singh for the Hindi dubbing of the upcoming ‘Deadpool 2’ movie. But Ranveer had to turn down the offer. Darn it!
As reported by Mumbai Mirror, Ranveer was offered to voice Ryan Reynold’s part in Hindi, but despite wanting to be a part of it, Ranveer had to back out due to his busy work schedule and prior commitments.
Speaking about it, a source said, “Ranveer was extremely keen but he just couldn’t make time in his ‘Gully Boy’ schedule as he is shooting at every night.”
At present, Ranveer is one of the busiest B-town actors with some promising films in hand. Currently, Alia Bhatt and he are shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ and soon he will start shooting for ‘Simmba’ where he has been paired opposite Sara Ali Khan. ‘Gully Boy’ is all set to hit the theatres later this year, while ‘Deadpool 2’ will hit the screens in May.
