Known for portraying famous superheroes on-screen, Chris Evans and Ryan Reynolds have been ruling millions of hearts across the globe as Captain America and Deadpool. But recently, the two actually turned into superheroes in real life, in order to do something that could make someone very happy and content during his last days.

After a Twitter plea to fulfil a little boy’s dying wish, both the superheroes donned their power suits into the real world and set things in motion. It all started when a news presenter Shannon Bream tweeted a message asking the Avengers to send their greetings to a terminally-ill boy.

Sharing news about the boy, she wrote, “Need your help Twitterverse – trying to help a young boy who is dying. He probably has just days and all he wants is a greeting from one of the Avengers. If you have a celeb connection, please let me know. Otherwise, could you help out with an RT?  Thank you in advance!”

Soon, there was also a response from Ryan Reynolds who plays Deadpool.

And soon things were just not limited to Marvel Universe, we saw many other celebrities offering help as well. ‘Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D’ actress Chloe Bennet, Zachery Levi – star of DC’s upcoming movie ‘Shazam’- also chimed in. Levi tweeted, “I’m not technically an Avenger, but I’d be happy to record a video for the little man and do my best impressions of @ChrisEvans @prattprattpratt @chrishemsworth or any other Chris if necessary. Where can I/we send these messages, and what’s his name?!”

Seeing these reponses, people were amazed at the power of social media that made Hollywood celebs to come and fulfil a dying child’s wish.

“It’s making me cry how so many people are trying to help. There’s still hope for the world,” said one commenter.

Well, all these celebs might not be the Avengers, but it’s wonderful to see how everyone turned out to be a true superhero off-screen and were ready to do anything to bring a smile on the little boy’s face.
