You know The Rock?

Gorillas weren’t the only animals I spent time with for my RAMPAGE research. Luckily, I’m a country boy who lives only a few miles from the swamps of the Florida Everglades. I do a lot of fishin’ and truckin’ down here and these gators are some of my favorite fresh water species. They’ve been rompin’ and chompin’ for 37 million years. Incredible animal.. especially once I’m able to calm ’em, then I’m really able to appreciate up close. *Important legal disclaimer: If you come across a gator, don’t try doing this. You’ll lose a limb or something much worse. Call the Fish and Wildlife Commission or WorldStar. #LizzieLoves2RompAndChomp #ButDaddyDoes2 RAMPAGE WORLDWIDE APRIL 13th ðŸ?ŠðŸ?º

The huge guy, who’s fitter than all of us combined?

Horns forward. Chains on and crushing it in China. On a biz note, for over a year now I’ve been developing these new Project Rock workout headphones 🎧 They’ll be the best you’ve ever trained in in terms of quality and durability. They’re aaaaaalmost ready to go to market, but as always, I gotta put ’em thru my final tests. Til’ then you keep crushing it wherever you’re at and I’ll keep faking it, I mean crushing it on tour. #SHANGHAI #RAMPAGE #WorldTour #HornsForward 🤘ðŸ?¾

Actually, he’s probably the fittest guy in Hollywood. I mean, just look at him.

We’re all in the same game, just different levels. Dealing with the same hell, just different devils. Great training sesh! Big thanks to the hard core Mutant Nation Gym, Shanghai 💪ðŸ?¾ #NowINeedCarbs #WorldTour #RAMPAGE

But, there’s another actor’s workout that has even impressed The Rock himself. Turns out the only person who can make even The Rock bow down when it comes to working out is none other than Star-Lord himself.

Recently, Chris Pratt posted an interesting video, to say the least, of him working out and well you need to really watch it to actually realize how cool this guy is.

For today’s workout I super set hyper-mini-sprints with ultimate-handsome-power-walking followed by a quick set of victory dance fist. Got the entire workout done in under 20 seconds. Burned probably twohundredthousand calories minimum. #avengers #assemble For those asking that’s #needtobreathe in the background. Coincidentally #needtobreathe is my mantra any time I get on the treadmill.

Don’t miss out on the hilarious caption. A 20 second workout that burns ‘twohundredthousand calories minimum’? Well, now I might actually work out.

Chris Pratt's Workout Impresses Even The Rock

Yes, we’re all impressed with his workout routine and more so with all the great expressions he’s giving us, but wait, what about The Rock?

The Rock stopped by to tell him how impressed he was with Chris’ ‘fitness way’.

Honestly, I think The Rock can learn a thing or two from Chris, he should step up his workouts to match Star-Lord’s.

Well, even Chris thinks that. He even was gracious enough to encourage him.

That’s it, folks. The Rock is no longer the fittest person in Hollywood, but maybe with Chris Pratt’s help he will be on the same level as him in a few decades. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Actor Chris Pratt has revealed that “Avengers” star Robert Downey Jr. had called him to congratulate on his casting for the “Guardians of the Galaxy”. Pratt played the role of Peter Quill aka Star Lord in the James Gunn-directed “Guardians of the Galaxy” and later followed it up with “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”. He is reprising his role in “Avengers: Infinity War”, which has a gigantic cast of actors playing superheroes.

“When I first arrived in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Downey was the first to call and tell me, ‘Hey man, welcome. If there’s anything you need I will help. There are so few people on the planet who are going through what you’re going through right now. I have, so I’m here. I’ll always answer the phone,'” Pratt told Empire magazine.

“I feel completely empowered to pay it forward with Tom (Holland) or Chadwick (Boseman)¿ Now I just really feel compelled to offer them, even if it’s a fraction of what Downey was able to offer me, and just say, ‘Anything you need, you let me know.'” he added.

The 38-year-old actor also shed a light on Downey Jr’s never seen before side where he would offer help to his co-actors in the times of need. Recalling a particular incident, Pratt said, “He came up to me and said, ‘You doing all right?’ I said ‘Yeah, I’ve got a sore throat’. Within 10 minutes there was a person here giving me all these herbs and taking care of me.” “He offered the use of his trailer where I could sit down and use some of his hi-tech healing gadgets. It was amazing. I’m living my best life,” Pratt added.

Hollywood has a serious Chris problem. There’s just too many actors named Chris and sometimes things can get a little confusing, not just for us, but apparently for them as well. So, it turns out Chris Evans, Chris Pine, Chris Pratt, and Chris Hemsworth can sometimes have a little bit of an identity crisis also.

Chris Pratt Took A ‘Which Chris Are You' Quiz & Didn't Get Himself© Twitter

Just like all of us, Chris Pratt also likes to take a lot of random online personality quizzes, but seems like he come across an extremely and relatable one for him.

But, when he took Oh My Disney’s “Are you Chris, Chris, Chris, or Chris?” quiz, the result he got probably made him have an existential crisis. Well, it turns out Chris Pratt isn’t actually Chris Pratt.

Well, at least Chris Evans was ready with some words of encouragement for his fellow Chris.

What do you mean? You aced it. https://t.co/wWPPUgaKwK

Obviously, there were some funny replies.
