Remember how we told you that Tiger Shroff might be getting ready to play the role of John Rambo in the Indian remake of the Hollywood blockbuster? Well, turns out, we were right. The team behind the Indian remake even released the first look poster for the film which sees Tiger Shroff trying to emulate an angry young Rambo on the poster.

The young Bollywood actor, who has come to be known for his ripped physique and dance moves (not to forget the flexibility) in the country, took to Twitter to share the news with his fans.
This is what he said:
Humbled and blessed to be walking the road u lay down ????? u r irreplaceable and I hope I don’t let you down sir @TheSlyStallone #RamboRemake https://t.co/A55zcoj5Kr

But, the tweet from Shroff Junior only came after the legend himself, Sylvester Stallone tweeted and posted the news that had reached him, on Instagram. Here’s what his tweet/Instagram post said:
I read recently they are remaking Rambo in India !! .. Great character.. hope they don’t wreck it .
And at once, Twitter fans and followers erupted into conversation about the same; most of whom seemed to agree that Bollywood is going to ruin it… I mean you can’t blame them. I think so too.
You know how there are some stories, movies, and characters that should never be rebooted, right? Let’s just say that John Rambo is one of those. You see, in my universe—as is with yours, probably—Sylvester Stallone is John Rambo and John Rambo is Sylvester Stallone. There is literally nobody else in the world who could have played Rambo and can even attempt to match up to the role, in any kind of remake—English, or not. Stallone low-key knows this.
All we have to say is, let’s hope Bollywood doesn’t ruin it.
