Since 2017 ‘Kesari’ has been in news. Battle of Saragarhi is the latest love of Bollywood and there are many who are working on projects related to that combat.
Be it Ajay Devgn, Randeep Hooda or Akshay Kumar; all are prepping to play Havildar Ishar Singh. While we have seen Hooda’s look for a while now, finally we get a glimpse of Akshay Kumar’s character as well.
A saffron turban-clad man with that beard and those intense eyes—that’s one hell of a look. And we are just stunned by the transformation of Khiladi Kumar. One glance at Akki and we wonder if there’s anything this man can’t do!
The actor began shooting for the film today and shared the first look on Twitter saying, “Feeling nothing but immense pride and gratitude while sharing this. This is the first time Karan Johar and Akshay have collaborated together. The filmmaker was beyond excited to have Akshay on-board for this huge project. Previously, it was supposed to be a joint venture between Karan and Salman Khan, but things didn’t work out.

If reports are to be believed, Lawrence Woodward, who worked on films like ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ will be seen working on the stunts for the film and one can totally expect some badass action sequences in this film as well.

It would be interesting to see Akshay Kumar telling us an interesting tale. Not many are aware of this battle and we bet this will be a great watch because we can’t expect anything less from Akshay anyway.
Saying we are excited about the film already would be an understatement.
