If one thing that’s not constant in Bollywood, then that is actors. Many come to make it big but only some manage to stay. Impressing audience and making a place in their heart isn’t that easy. It takes a lot from an actor to make or break in B-town. 2017 wasn’t a great year for the film industry and we hope 2018 begins on a good note.

This year won’t just see some promising movies hitting the screen but also some new faces making their debut in the movies. Some of them are known B-town kids while some will be seen taking a route from Television to films and another making his entry from Malayalam cinema to Hindi.

We all know that Bollywood can definitely use some fresh talent and it would be interesting to see these new talents giving their best to rock the silver screen with their performances. Here’s a list of eight promising debutants of 2018:

Well, she is drop-dead gorgeous, thanks to her genes. Daughter of famous celebrities Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in ‘Kedarnath’. The girl has got a massive fan following even before she stepped into the industry and one can see that she is here to stay!

He is a darling of Malayalam films and a total heartthrob. Dulquer Salmaan is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Irrfan Khan in ‘Karwaan’. Believe it or not, this is one hell of a pairing to see. If you want to see Dulquer’s smashing performance check out ‘Kanmani’. Yes, that’s the OG that inspired ‘Ok Jaanu’, but Sharadha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur were nothing in front of Dulquer and Nithya Menen. Watch it and have your heart stolen by his impeccable performance.

All set to make her debut, she is being launched by none other than Nepotism daddy Karan Johar, who is known for launching star kids in the industry. The first look of her film

‘Dhadak’  which is a remake of Marathi superhit film ‘Sairat’ has already created quite a stir in the industry and many await to see her on the big screen.

All the way from the UK, Banita is all set to kickstart her career in B-town and she couldn’t have asked for better. Shoojit Sircar has signed her opposite Varun Dhawan for film ‘October’. Lucky girl!

From being every guy’s heartthrob to having a huge fan following, Mouni Roy needs no introduction. The girl has already made her name on the small screen and now is gearing up for her Bollywood debut. And boy, the film in her kitty ain’t a small one. She will be seen starring opposite Akshay Kumar in ‘Gold’. She will also be seen in ‘Brahmastra’ which stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Looks like the girl is already hell-bent on getting some good work.

For a while now we have been hearing that Salman Khan will be launching his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. Well, it’s finally happening as he will be seen making his debut with Bhai’s own production film Loveraatri.

That’s quite a number, we must say. It would be interesting to see who dazzles the audience and who disappoints them. Let us know who do you think will make it big.
