Weekend Ka Vaar came as a surprise to all Bigg Boss 11 viewers as the most dignified, mature and graceful contestant among the lot, Hiten Tejawani left the premises in a shocking eviction! While Hiten’s grounded nature will be missed in the house, it is time for gharwale to tackle each other on their own!

Coming to iss hafte’s nominations, Bigg Boss gives a strict lesson to the contestants for breaking the rules of the Bigg Boss house. Contestants try to outsmart Bigg Boss by discussing nominations in a code language. But it is impossible to fool the boss and in a bid to give a life lesson, Bigg Boss nominates everyone for eviction, except for 1 person who followed the rules!

All contestants are shown a clipping of fellow contestants discussing their nomination choice. Akash Dadlani gets a shock of his life as he sees his best friend ‘Begum’ Arshi Khan plotting against him. Akash lashes out at Arshi and repeatedly asks her that how she could betray their friendship just for the sake of getting of rid of eviction. He also taunts her by singing different songs on betrayal. He goes on to break all ties with Arshi Khan and makes it very clear to her that he does not need any fake friends standing by him in the Bigg Boss house. The day only gets worst for Akash as he gets an earful from Bigg Boss as well as the remaining contestants for breaking the rules of the house.

After Hiten’s shocking exit, all the remaining celebrities in the house have raised their guards as they are aware of the fact that the tables can turn any minute in Bigg Boss 11.

Having put up a composed front when rumours of her relationship with Ali Fazal began to be termed a promotional gimmick, Richa Chadha now breaks her silence. “I feel sad for those who think Ali and I are faking our relationship,” she tells mid-day of her Fukrey co-star. Alluding to a storyline that appeared to pair her alongside Varun Sharma’s character, Choocha, she adds, “If I had to start a love rumour to promote the film, I would have done it with Choocha. Ali and I never wanted to talk about [our relationship] publicly because we knew this is how people would react. People should use their brains before passing comments. I hope they get the right message after reading this.”

It was almost a year ago that tongues started wagging about the duo’s affection for each other. Three months after Fazal spoke about their relationship, Chadha says they’ve been “in a happy space since a long time”. “Ali and I have known each other since we were doing theatre. Speculations were rife since then. People weren’t surprised when the media published it. In fact, the media was the last to know about it.”

Chadha’s arrival at the LA premiere of Fazal’s Brit film, Victoria & Abdul, in September, appeared to be the validation that the media was seeking about their affair. The actor says the comprehension was fitting, after all, “it was obvious that I would not go so far if we were only friends.” Usually tight-lipped about her personal life, she admits the revelation then was unavoidable. “But I feel it’s always good to avoid conversation about it (a romance) as it preserves the sanctity of the relationship.”

Aayush Sharma to visit Gujarat for Recce of his film 'Loveratri'

Aayush Sharma will be visiting the real locations of Gujarat to prepare for his film. The debutant will be seen essaying the role of a Gujarati boy in this romantic film

Director Abhiraj Minawala and writer Niren Bhatt will be visiting Ahmedabad and Vadodara for the recce of their film. So Aayush Sharma is going along with them. As the film is set in Gujarat and Aayush plays a Gujarati boy, it was important for him to understand milieu of Gujarat. He will be visiting real locations and meeting people.

‘Loveratri’ is written by Niren Bhatt who is a renowned Gujarati play writer and scriptwriter. He is based out of Mumbai and was born in Bhavnagar. This recce will give Aayush an opportunity to interact with Niren and understand everything important for the film from Niren Bhatt.

The film is directed by Abhiraj Minawala who will also be making his directorial debut with the film. ‘Loveratri’ will mark the debut of Aaysuh Sharma in Bollywood.The female lead for the film is yet to be finalized.

‘Loveratri’ has Aayush Sharma in lead role and is helmed by Abhiraj Minawala. The film is produced by Salman Khan under the banner of Salman Khan Films.

Adding more fuel to the never extinguishing fire, there is speculation that the reality star might be arrested from the Bigg Boss house owing to her absence for a pending court case. So apparently, a case was filed against her in the Jalandhar High Court because she hurt sentiments after painting the flag of India and Pakistan on her body and pose for a controversial photo shoot.

According to various sources, the case was initially put on hold owing to her participation in ‘Bigg Boss 11’ but rumour has it that she might have a warrant issued against her. 

She was recently in the news for her constant bickering with fellow contestant Shilpa Shinde and also Vikas Gupta. Nevertheless, she is a pure entertainer and viewers are loving her.

However, her arrest (if it happens) is going to be a major damper on the show and there are gonna be some pissed AF fans.

This film is being taken as Margot Robbie’s career-defining performance. Directed by Craig Gillespie the movie is a raw portrayal of Tonya Harding’s struggle as a skater. Robbie’s world-class performance has received positive reviews and she is even being projected as a strong contender for Oscars this year.

3. The Shape Of Water

Directed by Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, the film has received seven Golden Globe nominations this year. Described as a ‘creature feature and a melodrama’ by Business Insider, the film presents a compelling story of a mute woman serving as a cleaning lady at a top-secret United States government lab during the 1960s, when she develops a relationship with a creature in the lab.

The storyline of ‘A Ghost Story’ is almost effortless. A musician, who dies in a car accident, simply returns as a ghost to the same house where he lived with his wife. As you watch the characters navigating though love and pain, ‘A Ghost Story’ lures you in with engaging performances and leaves your soul shattered.

6. Lady Bird

After giving an Oscar-worthy performance in ‘Brooklyn’, Saoirse Ronan is believed to be a strong contender this year too. Directed by Greta Gerwig, the film explores the bay between childhood and adulthood. Currently, have an 8.4 rating on IMDb, the film also became the best-reviewed movies of all time on Rotten Tomatoes till as a few days back, when just one reviewer wrote a negative review about the film.

7. Logan Lucky

It’s a real tragedy that this movie has not gotten half the attention it deserves. The Steven Soderberg heist movie is one of the most entertaining movies of the year and that’s saying something considering the blockbuster year we’ve had. From action packed scenes to a heartfelt rendition of “take me home, country roads” this movie is one redefines a long lost genre with incredible panache.

8. Get Out

Daniel Kaluyya created a mark through his noteworthy performance resulting in his first Golden Globe nomination. The film is a well-scripted version of everyday experiences. The acting by the stellar cast will hit you like a truck and while it comes under the genre of horror, there are lots of other elements which will blow you away. 

At various junctures, one starts observing the lead character in a belief that he is the culprit. ‘Get Out’ is nominated in the Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy, and star Daniel Kaluuya scored a Best Actor nom in the category for Golden Globes.

James McAvoy effortlessly pulls off the complex role and scares the lights out of us by changing personalities in the blink of an eye. This is a performance of a lifetime and is worthy of many awards this season. McAvoy solely carries the film on his shoulders; this tense horror thriller is a well-calculated risk.

Who can skip the historic collaboration of Hollywood’s best actors – Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep, especially when it is a Steven Spielberg film? The investigative journalism saga and Streep’s portrayal of Katharine Graham are iconic. When you bring together two actors like Salman Khan and Govinda, they are bound to create a blockbuster. And the 2007 release ‘Partner’ was just the proof of that.

Their excellent comic timing is still loved by the audience so much that a sequel is all that they need. And looks like their prayers might be answered. 

According to a report by Mid Day, we’ll soon get to see the duo in the sequel of ‘Partner’. 

Although the first part was helmed by David Dhawan, the second installment would see Salman’s brother, Sohail Khan as the director. This is based on the fact that Sohail Khan has already registered two titles – ‘Carry On Partner’ and ‘Partner 2’.

A while ago, you must have heard some rumors about fallout between Salman and Govinda. Apparently, Govinda went on record to say that he “should not expect too much” from Salman. Probably, because Govinda expected Salman to launch his daughter, Tina Ahuja in Bollywood. But since that did not happen, Govinda was left unimpressed.

But in an interview, when Govinda was asked about working with Salman in the future, he said “Why will I not work with him? We don’t have any issues with each other.” And with this latest news, it seems like there are no hard feelings between them which of course is great news for their fans.

The report also states that apart from Salman and Govinda, Sohail will also cast two other young actors. 

But in case you have started squealing with excitement already, we need to ask you to calm down because it looks like it isn’t happening anytime soon. On being asked about the sequel he said, “I’m not making the film right away.”

Although it is kind of disappointing to hear this but as long as we ARE getting a sequel, we don’t mind waiting for a few more years.

“I think being in things ruins them for me. I can’t enjoy Harry Potter anymore, not as a fan — it’s just not the same,” Grint said this in an interview with British magazine Radio Times.

Now don’t hate me for saying this, but I actually see his point. Being a fan about something where the source material is your own face can be weird. Honestly, haven’t you had moments when you hear your own voice in recordings and go like “holy shit! Is that what I sound like?”. Rupert has been branded as ‘Ron’, probably for the rest of his life thanks to the eight movie-series, and that surely must be grating him.

We have seen Grint, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson practically grow up before our eyes through the ‘Harry Potter’ movies. Can you imagine having your awkward teenage years documented perfectly and having to look at it again and again and again? Yes, nightmare.

Back in 2014, Radcliffe had said something similar to the Daily Mail. “It’s hard to watch a film like Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince, because I’m just not very good in it. I hate it. My acting is very one note and I can see I got complacent and what I was trying to do just didn’t come across.”
